Pros

I really appreciate having access to multiple locations and what stands out most is how quickly I can reach chat support literally within seconds. The response time is impressive and the support team is excellent. Special thanks to Adam who jumped right in and resolved my issue immediately.

I honestly can't think of anything to complain about with this app.

Pros

The pricing structure really works for our team since it focuses on actual users rather than machine-to-machine communication which is perfect for validating both affiliates and our content. They recently added SAML integration making it solid for enterprise setups. The admin interface is also really well thought out.

Cons

The browser extension keeps logging me out and there's no Firefox support which is frustrating since that's my main browser.

It's cost is really reasonable and I can always count on it to work when I need it. What I appreciate most is how simple everything is with no complicated setup or confusing menus.

Only downside is needing to open the full app on Mac just to connect to a Gateway. Would be much more convenient if I could do this quickly from the menu bar instead.

I use it for constant travel since we need access to company resources on the go. The Dedicated IP and Gateway features are awesome and implementation was simple. Love that it integrates well with Google Chrome, we use the platform constantly and that integration is a real time-saver.

I get a 5040 error at least once weekly and have to contact support.. Great when I get Adrien but inconsistent results with other team members.

I've tried countless VPNs before discovering this one and it completely transformed my experience. Living in a country where certain websites and services aren't accessible, I desperately needed a reliable solution. Beyond just bypassing restrictions, the security benefits became crucial when I realized how vulnerable my documents and sensitive information were on public networks. This VPN solved both problems perfectly and I can't recommend it enough to anyone facing similar challenges.

Sometimes I run into DNS and private IP issues and the WebRTC protection could be better. Hopefully they'll fix these problems in future updates.
