Pros

The active threat scanning and intrusion response capabilities give me a much clearer picture of what's happening with security. I really appreciate having a browser-based agent instead of dealing with complicated software installations. It feels like a comprehensive solution for identity security needs.

Cons

Alert system really needs work. When I get notifications, there's no context to help me figure out what's actually critical. I end up drowning in alerts and have to scroll through tons of pointless ones just to find the important stuff.

While I appreciate how quickly the company is expanding and their responsiveness to feedback, I sometimes wish the product development could keep pace with their rapid growth.

Pros

I now have clear visibility into what SaaS tools my team is using and keeping an accurate inventory has become much easier. The insights about potential security risks are really valuable and actionable. The browser extension is smart and doesn't get in the way. You can tell they put serious thought into security and privacy when building it. The ChatOps feature is great too since it helps educate employees while giving them more control. Working with this team has been great. They genuinely listen to user feedback and are super responsive to suggestions, which makes the whole experience much better.

The awareness program I thought was working well turned out to show me what my coworkers were actually doing behind the scenes.
