Some thing which I like are that it provides unbiased, comprehensive and actionable threat intelligence.

Cons

Well it is a suggestion that they should provide proper training to their so that they are able to guide clients like us on how to use the platform properly.

Pros

The Safely browse extortion sites feature and the other general features that RF offers are truly amazing.

Cons

For the Threat Map I feel like it would be great if a feature were added that considers both prevalence and opportunity. Right now the UI only allows sorting along one of those axes. Also it would be nice if the filters stayed intact when the user accidentally presses back on the threat map page.

Pros

Not only I like the quality of the data feed but the customer service at the same time as it is excellent.

Cons

For now user customization is currently limited and could definitely be improved. I hope it happens soon.
