Pros
The AI features really cut down on time-consuming tasks. There's usually tons of repetitive work in infosec that gets annoying so this helps alot.
Cons
Sometimes it feels like there's too many clicks to get things done. I'd really love to see AI play a bigger part in cutting down on all the manual security work.

In my experience it has been user friendly. The supplier risk map gives me excellent visibility into our supply chain and the emerging threat section is particularly valuable. When the MS/Crowdstrike global issues hit the team was there to help us. They deployed coverage the same day which let us start tracking supplier responses immediately.
Cons
The assessment process can drag on quite a bit when waiting for suppliers to finish up.

I find logging in really easy and the security feels solid. Scrolling through different assessment areas is not complicated and doesn't require much thought. When I need to add new colleagues to the system, there are no unnecessary steps. The submission process is simple and gets the job done efficiently.

I really like how comprehensive this platform is for handling risks. It's easy to manage and makes it simple to identify, assess and address potential issues. Being able to monitor risk assessments over time gives us great visibility into our organization's risk profile. It makes it easy for team members to communicate and coordinate which really improves our overall risk management workflow.
Cons
Reporting features could definitely use some work. While I can conduct thorough risk assessments, creating comprehensive reports for stakeholders feels time-consuming. I'd love to see more customization options for report generation and maybe some pre-built templates for different reporting scenarios. It would make communicating risk information across the organization so much easier. The integration capabilities also need refinement and better connectivity with other systems would really boost its overall usefulness.

The automated email notifications keep me on top of updates without having to constantly check. Having both online and phone support has been really helpful when I run into issues and the team is responsive. The interface is simple and uploading files is pretty easy.
Cons
The amount of detail required and all the questions made everything take way longer than I expected. There were also some delays after submitting. Had to wait a bit before hearing back from clients.

All the hints and explanatory comments are so helpful. The navigation pane is brilliant. It shows you an overview of sections, percentage of completed responses and lets you filter unanswered items. The interface looks well arranged and everything feels user-friendly.
