“unnecessary assesments
Pros
The way questions are laid out is really simple but that's about it.
Cons
Having already gone through extensive procurement prequalification and signed a detailed SLA being forced to complete this assessment after contract award feels like unnecessary bureaucracy. Most questions duplicate what was already covered during tendering but still need careful rewording and additional detail. My other gripe is that we're ISO 27001 certified which already addresses much of what's being asked here.

“Makes it easy to bring in new vendors
Pros
It has made our vendor risk management so much smoother. I find the interface really user-friendly which makes bringing new vendors on board and working with them simple. What I appreciate most is how the shared assessment model cuts down on repetitive work and saves us tons of time. The reporting capabilities give us a solid view of where we stand with risk exposure and whenever we need help the support team is quick to respond and genuinely helpful. It's been a solid fit for an organization like ours that takes vendor risk seriously.
Cons
The system is still developing and I find the questionnaire review process confusing.

Pros
The interface seems very logical. I find the assessments work efficiently without any issues.
Cons
I wish I could add my own custom features and unique questions. The system doesn't really let you build your own functionalities from scratch.

“Brilliant concept behind it
Pros
The concept is brilliant. Really captures how social media has woven itself into both our personal lives and business connections.
Cons
The threat detection feels pretty reactive rather than proactive. It catches things after they've already started happening instead of preventing them beforehand. Would be amazing if it could somehow predict and flag potential security issues before they become real problems though I understand thats probably not realistic with current tech limitations and legal constraints.

Really simple to work with and maintain. The dashboards are excellent and I appreciate having detailed reports at my fingertips. The supplier discussion features make collaboration smooth and the notification system keeps everyone on track. What's surprised me most is how little resistance we get from suppliers when it comes to completing their assessments.
Cons
Takes some time to transfer suppliers from our old system but that's probably expected with any new platform.

Pros
It's quite user-friendly. Our account manager has been wonderful throughout the implementation process, providing excellent support when we needed it. The emerging threats feature is one of my favorites since it makes monitoring supplier impacts from new threats so much simpler.
Cons
The assessment questions are pretty rigid. I wish there was a way to customize or tweak them to better fit our company's specific requirements.

Pros
I love how you can just send a link to interested parties so they can check out your profile. It really cuts down on all that time spent filling out due diligence paperwork. Setting it up was simple and there are lots of helpful features for keeping tabs on supplier compliance. The dashboard is super clear and easy to move around. Plus customer support has been there for us from day one and continues to be great even after getting set up.
Cons
Some suppliers aren't thrilled about doing the assessment every six months. They find it a bit repetitive and don't always see the value in the frequency.

Pros
Customer support really stands out. Whenever I have questions or suggestions they actually listen and make improvements to enhance the user experience. There are tons of useful features like emerging threat detection that give you great visibility into your supply chain and help teams collaborate more effectively.
Cons
One thing I'd suggest is making the assessment more customizable. There are certain requirements that are unique to specific projects or businesses and being able to add those to the risk ledger would really simplify the assurance process.

Pros
Dashboard layout is really well thought out. Everything I need is right where I expect it to be. Those 'Help' and 'Learn more' links in the assessment section are useful references that actually help me understand what I'm doing.
Cons
The UI for supplier assessments could use some work. Once you click 'Yes' or 'No' on a question, there's no way to change it back to 'Unanswered' if you realize you're not sure about your response and want to retract it.
