The overall experience with Team Scrut was great. The team exhibited professional support and guided us through all procedures and audits very well. They were with us from induction to completion. The tool's interface is easy to navigate and helps with better understanding and coordination.

Cons

The tool was missing a few integrations like GoDaddy.

Not much to complain about, though it would have been great to see them or their close partner as CERT-IN empanelled auditors.

The whole experience was remarkable. We achieved ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type 2 certification with VAPT testing. From induction to completion, the journey was seamless, well-structured, clearly guided. The expertise, professionalism, commitment of the team were invaluable and we sincerely thank them for their outstanding support throughout this process. The platform is very easy to understand and the entire Scrut team was friendly and professional.
