Pros

The interface is easy to navigate and beginner friendly so you don't need any hard skills to use the software. It automates compliance requirements, reducing the workload and integrates easily with Gsuite, AWS, GitHub. Plus it's affordable.

Cons

Sprinto isn't fully web based and requires an app to be downloaded. There are occasional minor glitches that need to be fixed, its capabilities on Linux are limited and it uses email communication for compliance enforcement, which isn't preferred by all users.

My experience with Sprinto has been excellent. The platform is fast, seamlessly connected and offers a simple user interface that makes navigating through tasks effortless. Special thanks to the support for their exceptional assistance during the process. Compliance management has been incredibly smooth and the user-friendly design makes it easy for our team to stay on top of everything. It's truly a game-changer when it comes to simplifying complex tasks!

Sometimes the application doesn't open when I click on the icon and it stays in the background.

We've been using Sprinto for our compliance needs and it's made life a lot easier. Managing SOC 2, ISO 27001 and other security frameworks can be a headache but Sprinto's automation takes a huge load off our team. Thanks to the suport for helping with the setup and resolving issues. The dashboard is clean, easy to navigate and doesn't feel overwhelming even if you're new to compliance.

Cons

While automation is great, there are times when I wanted more flexibility in tailoring controls or workflows.

The implementation representative was fantastic, staying on top of everything during onboarding and working closely with the Sprinto support team to ensure the process was smooth, meaningful and on time. The customer success manager (CSM) was excellent for coordination and project management, providing a thorough initial introduction, demo, capability overview and feasibility analysis. The technical support team offered in-depth solutions and direction for the proof of concept (POC) and success factors. Throughout the process, the Sprinto Support Team was quick to respond, follow up and resolve any issues that came up, ensuring a seamless experience.

Cons

Nothing major as of now but it would be great to see more integrations in future updates.
