“Continually evolving and adaptable platform

Pros

We're now using the ISO27001 integration and capturing company responses. The team we work with is incredibly responsive and the tool keeps getting better.

Cons

It's a bit difficult to create and track recurring tasks.

The product is so customizable. I love that I can edit almost all of the features to suit our needs.

The security questionnaires are somewhat limited. It would be great if StandardFusion could integrate with more well known questionnaire vendors.

“Useful tool for managing risks from third parties

Pros

It was my first time using the platform and I found it really easy to use. It has significantly streamlined our processes and provided valuable insights. The customer support is also great. The ability to send questionnaires to third parties and integrate with tools like Security Scorecard and Jira is a huge plus.

Cons

The UX/UI could use some improvements, It will make it more user-friendly, reorganizing sections and maybe adding new graphs could make a big difference.

Navigating it is super easy and the support team always resolves our issues quickly.

Cons

When we first onboarded the solution, it was still improving and offered some out-of-the-box compliance framework integrations. However since most of our requirements were custom, it took longer than expected to implement, which ultimately reduced its long-term value.

Great value and excellent future potential. It's easy to set up and customize to meet our security framework goals.

A GUI overhaul is needed, which I believe is on the way.

I love the tracking and logging of audit items as well as the task assignment and risk assessment capabilities. Customer support is also excellent.

“Well-designed, customizable and supported solution

Excellent support during the whole implementation. The import/export tools make it quick to populate XLS-based risks, vendors etc. The libraries of standards, controls and threats are impressive.

Cons

The help documentation can be a little brief, possibly due to the wide customization options but the excellent support really makes up for it.

The customer support from StandardFusion was exceptional. Our engineer helped us weekly during the implementation phase and we could always reach out with any questions and hop on a call either that day or the next.

Some areas seem a bit convoluted and there's duplicate data present in it. We're in the process of refining our uploads and finding better ways to match our process. The StandardFusion team was quick to answer our questions and even hopped on a call to go over possible solutions.

So far, so good. We are still in the planning stage but I really like how the tasks are uniform and easy to separate, creating a smoother workflow.

The StandardFusion team is super accommodating, so friendly yet professional. The software is easy to navigate and comes with plenty of wonderful features.

It would be nice if some features were available as add ons instead of having to upgrade to a whole new package when you only need one specific feature.

I really appreciated the level of support we have received. The team goes above and beyond to meet our needs. Overall the product provides a solid platform for managing risk assessments and compliance with regulations. There are a few things that could be fine-tuned but we're generally very satisfied.

I'm not sure. The implementation has taken much longer than expected, though this isn't entirely StandardFusion's fault, it's also due to changing regulations.

I had a wonderful experience with this tool. Its user-friendly interface provides a wealth of valuable information and the comprehensive package is free of major drawbacks. The dashboard and interface are so easy to access.

StandardFusion is a tool that allows us to keep all our documentation properly aligned with industry standards. Right now we're using it for both local and international standards like ISO 9001, with all the related documentation in place. We also have several risk analyses that are linked with the controls and other elements of the standards.

I'd like more flexibility to modify the different templates available in StandardFusion.

“Gives the boost of a bigger compliance team

Pros

StandardFusion has helped our compliance team consolidate all the relevant info to track ourselves against external and internal compliance standards. I especially like the feature that lets us connect items across the platform, from policies and procedures to vendors, audits, assets, risks, and more. We can comment, record and customize almost everything to suit our needs. This ease of use allows us to manage multiple compliance initiatives without duplicating efforts. The customizable fields and workflows have been a big help, too. It's become our third-party vendor database, regulatory requirement tracker and risk assessment tool, allowing our small team to do the work of a larger team with ease.

Cons

Using it as an internal records-keeping and requirement tracking tool has been great. Using it as an outward facing tool, however has been a bit challenging. Task and questionnaire notifications work most of the time but they lack customization, so sometimes they get missed. Meanwhile, internal reminders are tricky because there's either �too many notifications� or �no notifications.� It has worked on improving this but it's still not perfect and as a result, some lighter users tend to fall behind on their responsibilities.

“A great tool but still has room to grow

Pros

The UI is modern and clean. The tool offers a variety of capabilities, like audit management, risk management, task management and vendor management. The StandardFusion team is very engaged and always open to feedback and suggestions.

Cons

There are basic features missing (like the ability to select multiple filters) that will hopefully be added in future releases. The tool's usage isn't always simple, which can be tough for occasional users, though frequent users get the hang of it after some time.

The product is easy to use and quick to get started with. The interface is clean and friendly and the customer support team is there to help every step of the way.

There are some minor complaints about editing documents within the platform, but it hasn't been an issue for us. It is constantly updating and adding new features.

All the important components are included in it, theres no need to buy separate, expensive modules to get the functionality we need. It's a great team to work with and the product is excellent. It was built by users to meet a previously unmet need in the market.

Cons

It requires some hands-on support to set up, but that's true for most systems. The support provided was included at no extra cost and was excellent.
