“Protect your data
Pros
This easy software works quietly in the background, protecting important files and data from prying eyes. It also offers good recovery options and password backups.
Cons
It can take time to fully encrypt an existing drive but that is expected. Once completed encryption and decryption happen seamlessly.

“Quick and Easy to Implement
Pros
Implementation is quick and easy. It is very secure and has been beneficial in protecting company information.
Cons
I think it was a bit slow to update especially when keeping up with Windows releases. SEE can also be pricey for larger businesses.

“Business level protection from threads with high performance
Pros
Standout features of Symantec Endpoint Encryption include high protection performance against various threats and a simple interface even if it feels a bit outdated. There are two basic scan options, active and full scans. The active scan is quick and offers flexibility. Settings can be customized but may also be restricted by IT admins. Users can view all scan logs for spyware, threats and viruses as well as quarantine records. The main screen displays the status of network and hardware protection which is adequate for end users.
Cons
There are a few issues with Symantec Endpoint Encryption. It does slow down older tech or computers with regular HDDs especially during startup. If you are lucky enough to have an SSD or enough RAM this may not be a problem. The setup time can also be lengthy but it is manageable.
