Main part of my CMS

Pros

I've been using the free version of this product for more than 10 years and the paid version is even better, it's such a great value. I love how I can establish the framework of my CMS in a way that allows me to demonstrate what we "do" before any regulatory changes come our way.

Cons

Policy management module is great for IT but I wish it would include more functionality so we could manage all of our policies in one place.

Amazing set of tools!

Pros

Conetrix Tandem has been an essential tool for our organization for seven years. It has consistently simplified and met the requirements of a wide range of regulations and compliance procedures, including GLBA, risk assessments, policy development, audit preparation and more. Conetrix Tandem has been a valuable asset for financial institutions, improving information security posture, reducing compliance risk and saving time and money.

Cons

The tools can be quite complex to understand and require ongoing training and learning to use effectively.

Essential tools for affordable information security compliance

Pros

It is completely web based and accessible from anywhere, Which is very convenient to use.

Cons

Some of the modules, like Risk Assessments, can get pretty complex, which makes them time-consuming to set up and review.

A top choice for security and compliance

Pros

Tandem Software offers a super user-friendly interface, with intuitive modules and a solid knowledge base. The customer service is excellent and they're really proactive about implementing client suggestions. This makes managing information security, streamlining reports and staying on top of regulatory compliance much easier, giving us peace of mind all along the way.

Cons

Tandem Software offers customizable features but there's room for improvement based on user feedback. Initial setup suggestions were incorporated but the flexibility in unlinking modules is limited, which can impact how we deploy it across the organization.

A top-tier product

Pros

Everything we need for our Information Security Program is available in one product, making it incredibly efficient.

Cons

Incredible product with excellent customer service

Pros

The modules are easy to use and intuitive. The knowledge base is excellent and customer service is top notch. Many client suggestions for enhancements are implemented, showing that the vendor really listens to their clients.

Cons

I can't think of anything specific I dislike. Enhancements were made that fixed the issues I had.

Hepful and convenient

Pros

Having a single pane of glass to access multiple pieces of information is a huge benefit.

Cons

Tandem has helped advance our organization

Pros

The Tandem product modules are powerful yet not over-engineered. They share a common database where policies are linked to vendors, information assets, risk assessments, incidents and audits. This ease of use has empowered more people across departments to participate in vendor management, contract reviews, risk assessments and continuity planning.

Cons

I don't have any complaints about the Tandem products. I would be the first to purchase a change management module if/when they build it into their ecosystem.

Why you need Tandem

Pros

We've been using the Tandem products for over 12 years and it's become essential for our examinations. Any questions or concerns are answered immediately and the staff is always friendly and helpful. We don't have to worry about keeping up with new regulatory guidelines because Tandem stays on top of releases and applies them to the program. The feature I like most is the ease of use and versatility, closely followed by the fact that we don't have to worry about whether our documents are up to date with the latest regulatory releases.

Cons

Since Tandem incorporates so many aspects of the organization, it does take quite a bit of time to enter the information initially and keep it updated as our organization evolves.

Excellent value for the features Tandem delivers

Pros

Tandem is always kept current with changing regulations and best practices. The support team is responsive and listens to customer suggestions, often integrating them into future versions. The integration across modules is a huge time saver and ensures that resulting reports stay coordinated across the system.

Cons

As an early user, there were a few things that would have made the initial setup easier. I made suggestions and Im happy to see they were added in future versions.

Amazing tool, helped us a lot

Pros

We've been using Tandem for over 3 years now and it has greatly simplified our processes, making us more effective in managing our programs. The software is easy to use and the reports for auditors and board members are very effective.

Cons

Some enhancements to the reporting features would be helpful but I appreciate that Tandem is open to enhancement recommendations.

Fantastic support, frequent updates, easy-to-use platform

Pros

Ease of use is a huge factor for us. The software upgrades have been very helpful and with each upgrade, they provide detailed instructions on how to implement the changes. I also really appreciate the webinars, they're very responsive to user feedback.

Cons

I can't think of much to complain about. We use all the modules and I have even had examiners compliment the software, which is a rare occurrence.

Software we acquired from a bank

Pros

I appreciate the ease of use and the unlimited number of entries users can upload into the database. The cost is also very reasonable.

Cons

The reporting options are quite limited and the Risk Analysis module feels more like an online document storage system rather than a dynamic tool.
