Team Password offers a sleek, user friendly interface that makes it simple to use. Plus the ability to create groups and share credentials among my team members streamlines managing organizational and service accounts. Plus customizing fields for each credential adds flexibility and control.

I am happy with everything so far and there is nothing I dislike.

It is quite simple to use and implement across my team. Also it allows us to share access securely with our global team members with ease.

Cons

Sometimes the autofill does not work but I would say it is a minor issue.

I have been using TeamPassword for two years and it has been easy to manage all our company's passwords. Plus it comes with useful features like categorizing passwords and restricting access to certain ones.

The only problem I have come across with it is that it occasionally has technical difficulties when I try to view passwords or enter login details when I click on the login I need.

“An excellent tool with room for growth

Pros

The interface is clean and user friendly making it easy for me to share credentials across the whole team.

Cons

It is a little buggy. And I often have to log in multiple times during one session. Also when trying to add new team members to groups, it sometimes takes 3 to 4 attempts before the changes actually save.

Well the simplicity of use and ability to share passwords securely give me peace of mind knowing that everything is encrypted.

Sometimes I wish there were more personalization options for how I store my passwords.

With TeamPassword we can create multiple divisions or groups and share access with relevant staff ensuring everyone gets the platforms they need when they need them. If someone needs access updating it is quick and easy. And for contractors it is simple to set up a group for them to access the required platforms.

Cons

The main drawback for me is the price. Even though it is a solid product but at $5 per user per month, it feels a bit overpriced.

“Does exactly what it needs to do

Pros

This system does not really need to integrate with other tools at least not for us, which makes it pretty easy to implement and roll out. Also it is a fantastic, cost effective way to share passwords with individuals and teams. I even love the mobile app so I can access passwords from anywhere. The Chrome extension is great as it suggests passwords for websites automatically. Go TeamPassword!

Cons

I think the team sharing options could be better but I need to talk to the team about their experiences before suggesting any changes.

Pros

TeamPassword makes life simpler. With just one extension I can access all my passwords. The best part is that when my coworker and I need to share passwords as we no longer have to keep asking each other. Overall it makes everything so much easier.

Cons

There is really nothing I do not like. It meets all my needs and the UI/UX is user friendly and enjoyable to use.

The ease of use, simplicity and security make TeamPassword a great tool mainly for us to work with.

Cons

No major downsides. We just needed a simple way to securely store and share business passwords with the team and this tool does that perfectly.

I appreciate the different levels of access for teams and the control the admin has over rights and permissions.

I wish there were an easy way to locate and edit groups and control access to different items.

TeamPassword allows secure password sharing among all our team members. Also it has got a great user interface and is easy to use on most systems and browsers after the initial setup.

The initial setup process is not the easiest for me as a first time user.

Setting up teams to share passwords is very simple now and the Chrome extension makes it easy for me to use multiple times throughout the day.

Well the autofill sometimes does not work and there is no option to directly save passwords into it from the website I am using.

The standout feature of TeamPassword to me is its seamless Google Chrome integration. It is simple to use, with quick site detection and password autofill which saves a lot of time. Plus the encryption also gives us confidence in meeting our security standards for customers.

Cons

There is not much missing but I think having the ability to add other details like company card information would be useful.

“The best password manager for distributed teams

Pros

It is extremely intuitive and easy to start using and the Chrome extension works flawlessly and fast. After trying several well known team password managers, I am confident this is the best choice for distributed teams.

Cons

While it is easy to use, there is a small trade off with missing advanced features like a dashboard view for all passwords. However I would not consider that a flaw as it is just a no-frills approach. They use Google Authenticator for two factor authentication which works well, but some competitors offer their own paid options that could be added here as well.

I love that all team passwords are in one place so I do not have to remember where I saved them or constantly ask others for passwords.

Honestly there is nothing that I count as a con.

The encryption level, password management and the secure password database are all top-notch and fav features of mine.

I would like it more if they introduce an integrated two factor authentication system that can link to other authenticators like those from Microsoft or Google would be a great addition.

It is really easy to use. Plus it makes it really easy for us to organize both our passwords and our clients passwords.

The graphics are quite outdated as I noticed they have not changed much over the last couple of years.
