The identity and permissions management features are outstanding. They are very detailed and covering GCP, AWS and Azure. Overall it offer us a comprehensive solution.

Cons

Nothing much to dislike but the threat detection feature feels like the weakest part of this CNAPP.

Pros

As a DevOps engineer Tenable Cloud Security makes my job easier. It helps me move smoothly between resources across accounts, shows how resources are linked and simplifies cloud event monitoring. Plus the direct links to each resource save me a lot of time searching.

Cons

The main issue I noticed is that it is quite pricey.

Tenable Cloud Security stands out by giving real time visibility and ongoing monitoring of cloud environments. Automated compliance checks and risk assessments help us maintain security and meet regulations. Also its easy to use interface and seamless integration with cloud platforms make managing security much simpler and more efficient for us.

Cons

Setting up Tenable Cloud Security can be difficult at first as it needs deep configuration and expertise. Also I feel like the cost might be an issue for smaller organizations with tight budgets. And sometimes it struggles with performance in large environments which can slow down real-time monitoring.

“Cloud integration could use some work

There are numerous rules and findings and the thing that stands out to me is that all the findings sync directly with the Tenable findings board.

Cons

It is difficult to configure to get it works across all cloud platforms and the other issue I come across is that it does not support every CSP.
