“great sOC support but portal whitelisting limited

Pros

Their round-the-clock SOC support is wonderful and I really appreciate the risk-based blocking feature. The portal insights give me solid detail when I need to distinguish between malicious and legitimate activity.

Cons

The portal definitely needs some improvements. For instance I'd love to be able to whitelist IPs for specific sites rather than having it apply globally. Right now this isn't possible through the interface though the SOC team can handle it if you reach out to them.

Pros

I like how it doesn't just depend on threat signatures like others do. It actually keeps learning and does a solid job blocking both malicious traffic and bots.

Cons

I often lose my settings when moving between pages. That said the platform keeps getting better and the team actually listens to user feedback.

Pros

It effectively identifies and stops malicious threats. The support team has been excellent whenever I've needed help.

Cons

Haven't come across any issues so far. Everything runs smoothly and meets my expectations.
