“Thanks to Todyl, my MSP completely reshaped our business operations
Pros
The tools are all available in one place and easy to configure. If anything isn't obvious, their support team is quick to help and always respectful.
Cons
More options to control virus exclusions would be great. I've had to reach out to support to fix some issues that I feel should be available directly on the platform.

“I've finalized my stack
Pros
The support team is one of the best I have encountered. Great software is useless without a responsive support team. The dedicated Slack channel gives us access to resources 24/7.
Cons
If I had to pick something, it would be the shared IP addresses. However, this issue has been resolved and now I can have dedicated IPs for a client.

“Premium security and approachable staff
Pros
Some of what I love is proprietary but I can confidently say the Todyl team feels like an extension of our staff in securing our customers. I cannot say that about many vendors.
Cons
Not much to dislike as they are continuously improving their product based on feedback from partners.

It offers protection that really works, with plenty of opportunities for further security enhancements.
Cons
Some functions are a bit inconvenient to configure, like selecting a specific IP address for a competing client.

“Excellent customer support and outstanding products
Pros
One of my favorite features is the ability to "cherry pick" products and services for each client. This flexibility allows us to find the right solutions for each client because there's no one-size-fits-all approach. I use Todyl daily and it's extremely streamlined and easy to use. When I've had issues, their customer service team has been amazing at resolving them.
Cons
Content filtering lacks some of the reporting features that could streamline day-to-day tasks. However, the team is always developing new features and services, so I'm hopeful this will be addressed in future rollouts.

“Well developed and excellent platform
Pros
We've been a partner with Todyl for about six months and it's by far the most well-developed and consistent solution we've found. It's much more affordable than building your own cybersecurity solution with various bolted on solutions.
Cons
Nothing to complain about. The product is excellent and I can't fault it!

“Todyl makes everyday tasks easier
Pros
My favorite part of the security package is the all-in-one solution for our clients. The portal is easy to navigate, making it simple even for novices to use.
Cons
The downsides I have encountered are similar to any security package but Todyl's customer support makes dealing with these issues much easier.

“Very flexible and user-fiendly platform
Pros
We've been using Todyl for EDR, MXDR, GRC, SIEM and SASE and it has been excellent. The SASE component is particularly impressive as it provides flexibility to secure remote work environments without compromising accessibility. One standout feature is the seamless integration of all components, particularly the centralized logs in the SIEM. This integration gives us a comprehensive view of our environment and helps us respond effectively to potential threats. The dashboards provide actionable insights, which is another strong point.
Cons
Using it simultaneously with Defender can cause some reporting inconsistencies. Also there's no option to create custom gauges for dashboards.

“Wonderful team and an excellent product
Pros
The entire stack reduces the need for multiple individual vendors. Getting started was quick and the feedback from the platform is immediate. We needed some feedback from an engineer during implementation and they were on the phone with us in minutes.
Cons
The GRC feature is still in development. We need CMMC2 to be ready by the end of the year and while NIST 800.171 is listed, it's still in "coming soon" status.

“Ideal cybersecurity platform for MSPs and MSSPs
Pros
The ease of use is definitely the best part of Todyl. With the hundreds of vendors we've had to vet in our company and the lack of transparency in how to use some of their tools, Todyl really changes the game. Their support is outstanding !! it's easy to search and find solutions and reaching out to them always gets a quick response. The self management feature is perfect, most of what I need is just a few clicks away. The interface is intuitive so there's no need for extra thought. Plus the integration and deployment of Todyl are super easy. If you're using an RMM, there's a generated script for your tenant, plus binaries for Windows, Mac and Linux. You can always reach out to Todyl but honestly, if you have real world experience, you probably won't need to. On top of that, managing integrations like SIEM, XDR, SASE, ZTNA etc with the stack builder is incredibly easy
Cons
The only downside is the unfinished GRC portion. Once that's built out, it'll be much easier to sell.

“An excellent core product for any tech stack
Pros
The support is amazing! The agent is easy to deploy and configure. The SIEM integration is growing fast and they are always ready to help with more information. The MXDR team is responsive and knowledgeable, leaving detailed, professional notes. I can log in every day to check on my clients' networks and adjust anything of concern.
Cons
Only problem I had is the lack of GRC functionality.

“Complete security solution in one package
Pros
I love how descriptive the alerts are, especially for Microsoft 365. The integration with Microsoft Defender is solid and their customer support is always available.
Cons
The web filtering feature is a bit clumsy, likely due to it being in the early stages.

An all-in-one solution that combines AV, EDR, MXDR, SOC, SIEM and SASE.

“Todyl is a must-have tool for MSPs
Pros
The best part of Todyl is that it's a single agent for all features. This simplifies deployment and minimizes complexity. The ease of implementation makes it invaluable. We use it daily and whenever we have needed support, their response has been fast and amazing.
Cons
One issue is that they don't offer the typical price breaks that other vendors do for larger endpoint numbers (250/500/1000 endpoints).
