“Unreliable scanning
Pros
The security scanning costs are covered by our card processor now which saves us money. We've been using this service for years and used to pay out of pocket but our processor picked up the tab recently.
Cons
The portal used to run on Flash which was a nightmare since browsers stopped supporting it for security reasons, pretty ironic for a security company. They've finally updated it but the usability is still frustrating. I constantly run into issues where dropdown menus vanish making it impossible to access scan results. The scanning itself is unreliable too. Something will get flagged one day, then completely ignored in the next few scans. We deal with tons of false positives that eat up our time disputing them. Their support team does respond quickly to disputes but the whole process feels unnecessarily complicated.

Pros
I barely have to think about it since they handle everything behind the scenes without me even realizing it's happening.
Cons
Some of the staff can be pretty new to cybersecurity though they definitely know their stuff.

“Outstanding support
Pros
Appreciate how easy it is to use and the incredible support from there team. During the evaluation process they were super helpful and showed me all the features that let me manage my department efficiently with minimal staff.
Cons
There really wasn't much I found problematic. They're actually still being considered as we move forward with our project next quarter.

“easily accessible
Pros
I can access it from anywhere which is really convenient. Whether I'm on my phone or computer I can quickly check what went wrong with surveys or business profiles and that keeps my clients satisfied too.
Cons
It's improving but can still be pretty confusing at times. Some questions are worded in tricky ways and there's often too much industry jargon that regular clients don't understand.
