“Gives control over codes

Pros

What I really like is having complete control over all the codes. It gives me a real sense of oversight and security. When for instance someone hasn't logged in for a while, tracking down their specific code and checking its status is really simple and fast for me to do. It saves so much time and hassle and lets me manage access cleanly without any guesswork.

I appreciate how securely it keeps all my passwords locked down.. it feels like a true digital vault. And the fact that it makes generating new, strong passwords so incredibly easy is a huge relief. It takes a task that used to be a chore and turns it into a simple, one-click step which means I'm actually happy to follow best practices now. It gives me real peace of mind.

Setting this up takes some effort initially but once you get the hang of it the benefits become clear. I rely on it daily for practically all my logins.. both work and personal. The built-in password generator is great. Most of my passwords are now completely unknown to me which is exactly how it should be. Azure integration works smoothly making it easy to create custom shared groups. After the initial setup, everything becomes very simple to use. Customer support is outstanding and they respond quickly and walk you through any issues that might come up from an admin perspective.

Sometimes the app is slow with notifications and there are biometric login issues that make accessing it frustrating at times.

The Android app feels pretty sluggish when you're trying to move around and it could definitely use some speed improvements.

The Edge browser integration functions smoothly and having access to business passwords is really convenient. Our administrator can easily distribute these to the team.

Daily phone approval gets annoying when you're trying to work quickly. If I forget to approve a new password on my phone it doesn't save automatically which is frustrating. The tool doesn't work properly on certain websites like kvk.nl so I end up having to manually copy passwords from the add-in every time I need access.

It's a very secure password storage. It keeps all our login credentials safe and accessible. Since our team stores everything in one place I'm constantly using it throughout my workday. The efficiency is incredible because I never have to type out those long, complicated passwords anymore.

Having to authenticate through my phone every single time gets pretty tedious. Sure I appreciate the security aspect but the constant logouts from websites due to inactivity can be frustrating when you're trying to work efficiently.

Setting it up was pretty challenging and ate up around thirty minutes of my time. The initial configuration process isnt as simple as I'd hoped.
