I really appreciate how simple this tool is to use especially since we're a smaller operation and don't have tons of IT resources. The layered security approach gives me peace of mind knowing we have multiple defenses against cyber threats and the automatic threat intelligence updates keep us protected against the latest risks.
Cons
Missing phishing simulation training means employees don't get the hands-on experience they need to recognize real threats. Without this crucial awareness component our team isn't as prepared as they should be to spot and avoid scams.
