Pros
We were the first paying subscriber because we recognized that this solution could manage the spam load effectively and continue operating without any issues.
Cons
Sometimes new features are added with updates that change things. Mostly this is for the better but occasionally something is added that requires contacting support because it seems not quite ready for implementation.
