Pros

Xeams is quite easy to navigate and definitely provides good value for the cost. It excels at distinguishing between legitimate and unwanted emails and has outstanding customer support.

Cons

I cannot think of anything I dislike about Xeams.

Pros

The Xeams software is really easy to operate. Even someone with limited knowledge can find it to be a really helpful tool for enhancing security.

I cannot emphasize enough how impressive Xeams is. Not only the software itself but also the entire team supporting it is commendable. The general response and assistance from Xeams is truly exceptional in today IT landscape. This is greatly appreciated so once again thank you for addressing yet another limitation of our email server with Xeams.It has truly been a lifesaver for our needs!

Cons

The product is very powerful which brings some complexities. While the user interface is good there is significant room to simplify some features. If I encounter a need that seems beyond Xeams capabilities I highly recommend reaching out to them before making assumptions. Xeams has features that can be applied in various ways and layered to achieve most tasks some of which are not even documented.

Setting up this software for traditional in-house email servers is very easy while still offering all the necessary features to create a strong spam detection system. The organization of files is intuitive and customizable. This software functions well.

Cons

I started using this software as a solution for small businesses to utilize a free spam detection utility. It was disappointing to see the open-source option shift to a paid model but it is understandable for keeping the software active and updated. Pricing could be slightly lower for long-time users.

Great Spam Filter

Pros

The web interface is easy to navigate. Adding rules is simple and it allows for the creation of virtually any rule with a specified response.

Cons

After updates the system sometimes crashes and we may not realize the spam filter is down until we notice a lack of new messages.

Pros

USER Management. There is a need for more creative multi-domain user options. The email list function could be improved. SPAM control features like WBL, smart learning and SFP creation are needed.There is a need for a simpler email system log search.

Cons

It is easy to build up with simple controls and keeping the software updated is easy.

Great for backing up emails from online email providers.

Pros

The anti-spam and virus filter is effective.I have discovered several threats that Gmail and AOL missed.

Cons

I do wish that the unlimited version was grandfathered for users who had it before it became a paid version. Having a web client to view emails in the mailbox would also be nice.

Ideal Email Filtering Solution

Pros

The software is userfriendly and the web console allows access from outside the office. The filtering is easy to manage and has significantly decreased the volume of spam emails our company receives over the years.

Cons

I have no issues we only use it in SMTP mode to filter mail before it reaches our Office 365 servers.

love this software

Pros

The software effectively blocks most spam. I have been using it in front of my Linux servers postfix setup and they work seamlessly together. Although I use it for home, I would have no hesitation in deploying this solution for a small to mediumsized company.

Cons

Licensing seems a bit excessive if I wanted to add another family member. Free forum support is decent but without experience with paid support I am unsure of its effectiveness.

Pros

The dashboard is kind of easy, making this product accessible even for admins who are not very familiar with email systems. Their support is outstanding; one could not ask for better assistance. The filtering capabilities of this product are also excellent which is probably the strongest reason to purchase it.

Cons

I wish it had Active Directory login capability for the admin console to enable auditing of changes made.

Xeams saved us from thousands of Spam Emails!!

Pros

The email point system used by Xeams to categorize emails is quite clever. It distinguishes between spam and legitimate emails effectively. About 35% to 40% of our incoming emails are spam, and Xeams does a commendable job keeping them out of our inboxes, saving us significant time from manually deleting spam!

Cons

Installation and setup require some understanding but other than that it is quite stable.
