“Easy Google email integration”
Pros
Using it with Google email has been very easy. Once the account is set up, I can read my messages without having to click through a bunch of extra steps.
Cons
I really don't have any complaints at this point. Everything has worked well and even the people receiving my emails can open them without any trouble.

It has been pretty simple for our team to use and the level of security it gives our staff is a big plus.
Cons
At this point, there really aren't any issues to mention. It's meeting all of our needs.

“offer material protection”
Pros
Because my job involves handling confidential material, ZixMail has been helpful by giving us a way to keep everything encrypted and protected.
Cons
The login process is frequently a headache. Even when my password is saved, the systemoften doesn't recognize it. I was able to reset it without much trouble but after changing it, I still couldn't get back in.

“Seamless encrypted email exchange”
Pros
Sending and receiving encrypted emails is seamless when the other person is also using Zix. Even when the recipient doesn't have Zix, the setup instructions for creating an account and accessing the email are simple to follow.
Cons
Becausethis serviceruns so effortlessly in the background, users can easily forget it's even there. That makes it especially important to configure the rules properly so anything that needs encryption gets picked up.

“Easy setup and flexible”
Pros
Getting this up and running was incredibly easy and using it day to day has been just as simple. It can be tailored for just a handful of users or scaled up for many more which makes it very flexible. It also meets the security standards our clients and vendors expect, so their information stays protected.
Cons
I really haven't run into any major problems with it. There was one licensing issue at one point but after I reported it to the vendor, it was resolved within just a few minutes.

“Great G Suite integration”
Pros
One thing that really works well with ZixMail is how nicely the GAME feature integrates with G Suite. Encryption runs in the background and even decrypted messages are delivered right into each user's inbox, so G Suite users never have to deal with a separate portal. For third-party users, messages are sent through a customizable portal that's very user-friendly and easy to navigate.
Cons
To be honest I really haven't come across anything I dislike aboutthis software. The setup can be a bit involved at times but the support team is consistently available and helpful whenever assistance is needed.

“Strong multilayered email security”
Pros
Across different business sizes and industries, this platform covers a broad range of needs with its product lineup. It stands out as one of the stronger email security solutions especially for organizations focused on security management. It does a very good job of protecting email communication and the multilayered approach gives live protection while messages are being handled. Those layers work together well to keep emails secure and the real-time threat analysis adds another level of protection so the system can respond properly. It also helps that the platform is fully automated which reduces manual effort. Overall, it is like a very secure and easy option for protecting our data.
Cons
Getting started was not very easy at all. It tends to use a lot of storage and system resources and some of the features are not especially user-friendly. Because of that, customer queries can get held up which may slow down work. It also depends on having a strong internet connection and there can be occasional delay or lag during audio communication. The management interface is somewhat limited and only available on the on-premise device. If we want access to all the needed capabilities, we have to reach out to the vendor and the setup process takes quite a bit of time.

“Excellent hipaa compliance encryption”
Pros
The encryption in ZixMail was excellent and met HIPAA compliance requirements and the rules engine was very powerful, giving us a lot of control over how mail flowed.
Cons
The main serviceitself worked well butthe companion appfelt underwhelming. When I was administering it,the two componentshad to be managed separately which made dealing with two different portals a bit frustrating.
