Creating ebooks with VistaCreate has been an excellent experience and it also works really well for many other kinds of projects. The app is also very user-friendly, there's no need to worry about using a save function and it comes with plenty of resources like photos, vectors, animations, videos and more. Lastly I haven't needed to contact support yet but I assume it would be very good too.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any complaints. As it meets all my needs and expectations exactly as I hoped. Congratulations to the developers!
