From a data analysis standpoint, the data I receive on 29 Next is much more comprehensive than what I was getting with our previous platform. It's easier for me to track the origin of our sales, see which offers are performing well, and understand customer behavior. Having complete access and control over first-party data is essential for my media purchases, and this platform provides just that.
Cons
Setting everything up took a little while, and some aspects, like certain payment flows, were a bit hard to understand. However, we eventually figured it out.

Pros
The UX design is excellent for someone like me who oversees multiple stores for our clients. I can quickly switch between stores and easily access customer and sales data.
Cons
