“It is a full package”
Pros
Ability OMS has almost everything we need to run the entire business so we don't have to rely on integrations with other vendors for customer service, purchasing, warehouse management etc. And while integrations are available, they are not required for most functions. But that is not something too concerning. Moreover their support team is always responsive and helpful whenever issues come up.
Cons
Well I wish they were not transitioning everything to Azure cloud.

It is easy to use for entering orders and managing customers and it provides us the ability to create meaningful reports.
Cons
I noticed that there are limited payment processor options and some quirks with payment processing.
