“Avoid these scammers

Pros

They make big promises but nothing actually works. The automation is simply the worst and that is the main reason I picked it in the first place.

Cons

Let me tell you that they are just after your money and make it really hard to cancel your subscription. And even after you cancel, they deactivate your account but continue charging you. It is an absolute nightmare.

“A complete disaster from start to finish

Pros

Listing products is pretty easy and does not take much of our effort and time.

Cons

It messed up my seller score by failing to update inventory as it was supposed to which cost me hundreds of dollars per sale. Also this platform feels like a money grab with outrageously high fees. I would say they take advantage of customers.

Some features are cool though not all of them are functioning as I think they should.

Cons

There is customer service but the responses are completely unhelpful. The platform is supposed to automate orders but more often than not, something goes wrong and you have to handle it manually. Also the monthly fee is way too high and the platform crashes frequently which makes it impossible to work properly. And when you set up automatic payments, it picks more expensive items meaning you earn less commission. So I absolutely do NOT recommend it.

“Poor monitoring and even worse support

Pros

AutoDS has a user friendly interface and a decent set of features for managing dropshipping. Plus the automation tools for product listings and stock syncing looked helpful at first and seemed like they could help scale an e-commerce business of ours.

Cons

The stock and price monitoring service is unreliable. Despite AutoDS claiming to monitor updates several times a day, there are major discrepancies where items show as in stock but are actually out of stock or differently priced with the supplier. This has caused many unfulfillable orders and financial losses. Plus customer service keeps repeating the same things and is not solution-oriented, even after over 90 emails about the same issue. Also promises of improvements have not matched reality which causes constant frustration.

I am still waiting for them to respond to my refund request. Fingers crossed as I hope they are not a scam.

Cons

They charged me the full yearly fee even though I canceled the trial the same day I signed up. When I asked for a refund they sent me a form saying they would deduct a 15% processing fee. Is this a scam?

Pros

Well I love the fact how you can make one change in AutoDS and it automatically updates all your listings.

Cons

It was a little difficult to set up at first but once it's done, I assure you that you will really enjoy using it.

Customer service is fast to respond whenever I contact them and knowledgeable too.

Cons

There are a few features missing that I feel like really help such as the ability to bulk edit products to set their quantity to zero (to pause sales while fixing price issues) and the option to export data to an Excel sheet from the dashboard including product and sales info.

There are a lot of good things about it but my fav is the click and add feature for items as it is pretty simple and easy to use.

Cons

I have not come across any issues to complain about.

I like the customer service team as they are really friendly and helpful and the product itself is useful.

Cons

The new members can find it tough to use it at first but it is easy to understand thanks to the many guides available.

The customizable dashboard offers valuable insights to me into store performance including key metrics like profits, orders and revenue.

Cons

No complaints to share at all as AutoDS supports integrations with major platforms like Shopify, eBay, Wix and Facebook Marketplace which makes it versatile for different types of sellers.

AutoDS automation really helps us simplify everything. Overall it is a great tool.

Cons

Every scan changes the custom edits I have made on my WordPress website which is really frustrating.

Auto-order generally works fine and the order fulfillment is usually smooth.

It is annoying that I cannot cancel an order once it's been processed.

The customer service is outstanding, always willing to help us and ensure everything gets done.

I find non-API configuration a bit challenging but customer support is helpful in guiding you through it.
