I am really impressed with the systems interface, its features and how helpful the customer support team has been. They are also great to work with as they are very cooperative.
Cons
The pricing can feel a bit steep and the time difference between IST and other time zones sometimes slows things down over weekends though that's just how it is.

The features are solid and I love that it is open-source. The support on Discord is almost excellent as they could give a bit more guidance on customizing some advanced features but they often help out when asked.
Cons
Well the documentation for building new themes isn not very helpful and I find the tutorial videos a bit odd.

We set up Bagisto on shared hosting and it's been working great. The admin interface is clean and easy to use and there are plenty of free features included. Best of all the support team is always there to help whenever we run into problems. Overall it is a fantastic product.
Cons
Adding new modules can be a little confusing if you are just getting started.
