Our clients love its UI

Pros

Integrating with Shopify was pretty simple and the presentation looks really clean for our retail customers.

Cons

It is a bit unclear which subscription level fits our business best but we are working through it.

Great for wholesale sellers

Pros

Brandboom connects well with Blastramp ERP which helps us streamline operations.

Cons

Well it does not offer all the order management features that Joor has. Also Brandboom's technical support can be really slow at times.

Works but needs a lot of improvements

Pros

It is not exceptional but I would say it works great for managing linesheets, products and photos.

Cons

Managing a second showroom and organizing different line sheets has been tricky. And I have never been connected with a relevant shop through Connect either.

highly useful platform

Pros

I find this software simply the best for handling all aspects of order management.

Cons

Stock management could improve especially when importing and exporting inventory. And sometimes I noticed that it is hard to get an accurate count.

Wondering how to sell my brand on Brandboom been trying for 3 years

Pros

Well I am not too sure yet. This was the third year my brand has been registered on Brandboom hoping to grow and reach more buyers. Even when buyers leave their emails on Connect, I have tried reaching out but have not gotten a response. So I am still not sure how effective it really is.

Cons

I am still curious about how it really works as a wholesale platform for business.

pretty simple and basic

Pros

One thing I really like about it is that it is very easy for both sellers and buyers to use.

Cons

One thing I feel like is that the mobile access needs to be better for easier use on cellphones.

Support they offer is good

Pros

I liked how simple it is to use and teach. Some of our reps are not tech-savvy but even they found it very user friendly.

Cons

Some features I feel like are missing like order tracking and an option to indicate if an order was shorted.

Works well but needs some changes

Pros

Creating a beautiful wholesale catalog is pretty easy plus it comes with an ordering system which I feel like is a nice bonus.

Cons

A few backend features feel clunky and take up extra time. Plus the ability to customize the catalog's look is quite limited. Also I would really like an integration with Xero to keep inventory updated automatically instead of doing it manually.

Meets the expectations

Pros

Brandboom user friendly features make it fairly easy to use. Also adding products, creating collections and dragging and dropping items is not a problem anymore. You can even create a shareable link and send it off to clients in no time. Brandboom is so popular that it almost feels like the industry standard which is why I think it is the smartest choice.

Cons

The price could be a bit lower but I understand nothing comes for free.

Ideal but not exceptional

Pros

It is great to send links to buyers with new products and images. Plus tacking who views our presentation and how many people see it makes creating user friendly line sheets easy.

Cons

Updating and deleting products can be tricky at times especially if an order includes the product we want to change.

Great for shops handling various currencies

Pros

We love that Brandboom lets us create stunning line sheets and display lots of product photos and model shots digitally. Plus being able to store prices in different currencies and quickly update product descriptions is really helpful. Moving products around and customizing each send out's look is simple. And seeing who has viewed what also helps build long-term relationships.

Cons

I wish editing the company bio was simpler and having a dedicated page for brand introductions would be a great addition.

Vital for our business growth

Pros

There are quite a lot of good things about it but a few things that stand out are loading products and making professional wholesale line sheets is easy and efficient.

Cons

Inventory tracking can be confusing to figure out without much retail experience but we have made it work and now rely on it heavily.

Pros

I like Brandboom because it is simple to use and helps me connect with potential customers. Also you can build your own portfolio and showcase collections easily.

Cons

It would be better if the software were a bit more affordable to use. As for now I feel like it is a little expensive than usual.

Simply amazing

Pros

The line sheets look beautiful and well organized with lots of customization options which I like the most.

Cons

It is not very mobile-friendly. And Ifeel like fixing this would make a huge difference.

fits perfectly for my Girl Power Sport business

Pros

Brandboom is easy for customers to use when selecting products to buy. Plus the B2B interface looks very professional and highlights products perfectly. Also I like being able to print PDFs of my line sheets straight from the platform.

Cons

Some retail stores I work with struggle with technology and often get locked out of Brandboom unable to view my presentations. And I wish they could access them without needing passwords.

Good but not perfect yet

Pros

We have been using Brandboom for years to create linesheets for our wholesale clients. Plus it is easy to set up and manage.

Cons

For the price it feels pretty basic. Also I would love to see it synced with our Shopify store so products can import automatically like Faire does.
