Cons
Like with any powerful tool there is a bit of a learning curve. Plus I feel like the UI for setting up different features could be improved to make finding information easier.

Pros
Calcurates offers excellent flexibility for shipping configurations and options which allows us to perform simple rate calculations across multiple carriers and shipping locations.
Cons
It would be great to have an automatic daily test and verification for shipping rates. As if right now I have to manually test them every day or two.

Pros
The user interface is simple to navigate and I noticed there is a wealth of support resources available including a Slack channel where the owner is very active and responsive.
Cons
Though it is a very powerful tool but it can get complex if not set up properly. Plus I wish there were more bulk update options.

“The top shipping extension for Magento 2”
Pros
So far this is the most complete and customizable shipping extension I have found for Magento 2. Also it is great that I can make changes in the system without needing to redeploy code to our site.
Cons
The initial setup was a bit complex for us but it was not an issue after having several meetings with Nik to go over the configurations.

“vital tool for worldwide shipping via Magento”
Pros
With Calcurates I can generate shipping rates in ways that Magento cannot. Also it is much more flexible than other platforms. And the feature to calculate customs charges and pass them to customers has already paid for the service itself.
Cons
Its setup was not as simple as I would have liked but thanks to the support team who were very responsive, patient and helpful.

After looking at several options Calcurates stands out as the best solution for international shipping especially when you need to charge duties and taxes at checkout. Also it lets us offer different carriers based on product origin which saves our customers money and boosts our conversion rate.
Cons

Pros
The support level blew me away. I can easily schedule a call, share screens and resolve complex configuration issues. Most of the time the configurations are completed during the call usually in less than 15 minutes.
Cons
Honestly most of the struggles we had were due to FedEx's limitations or an attribute misconfigured on the Magento side. In both cases Nik from Calcurates helped me figure it out and develop the best solution to fix the problem.

Calcurates gives us complete control over our shipping costs. We can calculate shipping for over 25 warehouses with precision. And once the setup is done it is easy to adjust the costs based on vendor fees or actual shipping expenses.
Cons
Let me tell you that a setup process can be a bit too much especially if you have multiple websites, warehouses and vendors.
