The basic features of this app like products, orders and vouchers, really work well and give us the flexibility we didn't have with our last platform. I'm especially loving the GraphQL APIs and they let us do so many tasks in-house which makes us way more efficient without needing outside help. The easy plugin integration is another huge win. And the ability to separate B2B and B2C logic has been incredibly helpful for us.
Cons
Some features are tricky. For example, our ERP has a hard time telling the difference between normal vouchers and gift cards which is a common issue for Centra users. Plus, we can't create Gift Cards through KCO which wasn't mentioned during the discovery phase. So we've had to come up with a workaround to sell Gift Cards. As for the feeds, migrating from our old structure to Centra was a major struggle. The biggest pain point is not being able to set the formatting.

Pros
It really helps me streamline everything from product creation to B2B sales, delivery, invoicing and even syncing everything with Fortnox. It's honestly the heart, brain and soul of how we run our business.
Cons
Sometimes, It feels like it has more functionality than we really need as a small brand. But I'm hopeful we'll grow into the platform soon enough.

Pros
It is super flexible, so if I need to change or add features, it's really easy to do. Plus, it's user-friendly and simple to pick up. I've also found it pretty easy to integrate with other systems and platforms.
Cons
It feels a little outdated but I've heard they're planning an update this spring. It would be great if they could come up with a better way to handle mass changes instead of relying on Excel sheets.

Pros
One of the things I love about this tool is the pricelists for different markets, plus the standard plugins and easy-to-use setups. It's a solid off-the-shelf product with most of the e-commerce features you need to run your daily operations.
Cons
The interface isn't user friendly but I've heard Centra has a plan for improving it, so I'm hopeful.

“Reliable tool for successful e-commerce
Pros
I love how all the features work so smoothly and managing everything is super easy. The best part is I can open multiple tabs at once and work on them simultaneously. Plus they keep adding new features that make life easier for us and our customers.
Cons
It would be nice if the communication about new updates was clearer especially regarding how they might affect our platform and work.
