“Nice product but disappointing after-sales service
Pros
Many integrations are possible which I like the most. And it works well with platforms like Google.
Cons
There are limitations for larger clients. When we were smaller everything seemed to work much better. Right now the order connection with Amazon is particularly poor and it costs more than it benefits.

Pros
Channable software is easy to integrate, simple to use and very reasonably priced. Overall I would say it is a good tool and worth trying.
Cons
Setting up rules is more difficult than I expected and it has its limitations.

“Customer support experience is amazing
Pros
The tool is robust, fast, easy to use and pretty powerful. It can handle almost anything I need and sometimes even more and if I run into any issues, their customer support always resolves them pretty fast.
Cons
Only thing we are missing is some form of permanent or long term data storage though I understand that this is not the primary purpose of the tool. Additionally it would be great if Channable could handle conditions that apply to all products at once eg comparing two products but this would likely require a completely new tool. One feature I really miss and think could be developed realistically is better handling of duplicates and nested elements. Instead of merging values into one list it would be great if attributes could be used.

I was able to set up pretty easily and it works seamlessly with META.
Cons
In my opinion it is very expensive. We also wanted to use it for Amazon with Shopware 6 but that's not possible at the moment.

Not only is it a very user-friendly software but their support team is pretty amazing too, as they are always available for help whenever I contact them.
Cons
Not much but sometimes I wish there were more options available.

Pros
I like that I can organize feeds by brand and base new feeds on the main raw feed. Also it is easy to copy rules between brands and feeds with the added benefit of having specific rules for certain feeds. The system is also quick to work in.
Cons
Coming from another system I miss a few features that would be helpful. For instance I would like an overview of the items and related data. I also miss the sync with GMC and Google Ads data which would allow me to create special rules.

Channable is a good software that offers great customer service. Also the integration with the marketplace is simple and easy to use.
Cons
Well it is not perfect but there is not something I dislike a lot about this tool either.

Pros
The software is excellent for product feeds. Also it is great that support is available in Dutch as it make things a lot easier for us.
Cons
One downside is that for beginners, it's hard to understand how the software works. Also there is room for improvement when it comes to the website's attractiveness. However I must say the software functions really well from a technical standpoint.

All the benefits it offers are my favorite but the one I like the most is excellent customer service and fast response times.
