Highly recommend Channel Gate

Pros

It's really easy and quick to get items listed online. Whether I'm doing a bulk upload or adding a single item, it's fast and simple to complete. The reports to review performance are also really well done.

Cons

Sometimes, the images need a little tweaking before ChannelGate will accept them. It's not always a smooth process but I get it done.

easy to use

Pros

I love how user friendly it is. Training new employees on ChannelGate is usually simple. The Seller Intelligence Platform is very useful and the Order Management feature is definitely a highlight.

Cons

All the features on ChannelGate are awesome but they don't always work perfectly every day. In the Order Management tab, there are times when it says we have "zero" orders to check. After refreshing a bunch of times, it usually doesn't work until the end of the day which causes delays in reporting on our end. The Seller Intelligence Platform is pretty much the same. The BI reports aren't working right now and it's been two days without a fix.

My experience with Channel gate

Pros

Writing product details and specs is very easy. It's pretty simple and I don't spend much time on it.

Cons

Adding product images with white backgrounds is problem. It's honestly so frustrating and it feels like an extra step that should be easier.

Awesome for product management

Pros

It lets me control product content and make adjustments as needed. It's also great for monitoring our products on the marketplaces.

Cons

The product submission process can be kind of finicky. I've had to learn some "tricks" to get submissions approved and it's time consuming to have to submit multiple times. Plus, it takes way too long for new submissions to get reviewed. I've waited over a minute for a result message and when you're adding over a hundred new SKUs that adds up!

Pros

It's easy to use and deploy, plus it's packed with tons of features.

Cons

There's just not enough resources to learn how to use all the features. It would be nice to have more training or guides available.

Simple to use & effective with data

Pros

Navigating through ChannelGate is a simple process even for those who aren't super tech savvy. This is exactly what vendors like Lilola Home are looking for because we care a lot about collecting data and staying efficient. The interface makes it easy for both new and current users to search, create listings, check marketplace items and run data reports.

Cons

There's really nothing I dislike but I think a search bar that takes you directly to whatever you're looking for in your ChannelGate account would be very helpful.

Automation that's easy to use

Pros

All the product management is in one place which is really convenient. Bulk exports and imports are easy to handle thanks to helpful error reports. The Seller Intelligence Platform gives me a quick look at customer insights and buying trends and I don't need to be a Google Analytics expert to understand it.

Cons

The monthly cost might be high for smaller partners but I feel like it's worth it. It really helps improve my understanding of the business model and makes adding new products and editing everything easy.
