I don't usually write reviews but Channel ape really deserves one. They've got this awesome service for managing inventory across different platforms and the best part? Their support is incredible. If you need something done they'll bend over backward to make it happen. I'm not the most tech savvy so it's awesome that they take care of the complicated stuff and just give me simple solutions. Whenever something breaks, they fix it fast. Shoutout to Jason for always being super helpful with clear communication. Seriously, check them out , it'll save you so much time and headache managing your inventory!

Cons

It's a bit technical and has some limitations, but I'm confident they'll sort those out soon enough.

“A must-have for dropshippers

I've got 23 apps for my business (yeah I know it's a lot) and every now and then, I swap them out when I find something new I like. But ChannelApe? This one's never going anywhere. At first, I was a little worried about syncing data from my vendors, but it turns out ChannelApe is way cheaper than the competition. Some others charge $1000+ to sync data, and ChannelApe does it for a fraction of that. The integration is seamless, and honestly, this app is what keeps my business running smoothly. Their support team is topnotch. They make you feel like part of the family. Special thanks to Katelyn and Jason for always being awesome!

If anything, they should make more apps because they really know how to build useful tools.

“Very user friendly and amazing

I use ChannelApe to link up my suppliers inventory feeds and then I sell everything on my website and Amazon. I set my inventory rules once and after that, I don't even have to think about it.

Cons

The user interface could definitely use some more guidance. It wasn't as simple as I hoped, and I'd really love to see more reporting features on the dashboard.

There was a bit of a learning curve but that's expected since Im new to ecommerce. The demo from ChannelApe's support team helped a lot in getting me up to speed.

No issues with ChannelApe. Every time I have had a problem, they've fixed it quickly or stayed on top of it until it's sorted.

I use ChannelApe to sync my suppliers' inventory with my Shopify site and other marketplaces. When I get an order, it gets sent straight to my warehouse for fulfillment. Their customer service is amazing, and they keep rolling out new features, which is awesome!

Cons

The platform took some time to get used to, but the demo from customer service was super helpful. I do wish they had a more robust dashboard for accounting and order stats, hopefully that's something they'll roll out soon.
