“Excellent integration platform
Pros
I really like having access to all the major marketplaces in one place, plus several additional ones I had not considered before. The interface is pretty simple to navigate too though you will definitely want some technical background to get the most out of it.
Cons
Support response times can be frustratingly slow at times.

“Reliable and long-term performance
Pros
Well I am really impressed by how many relevant marketplaces are available through this platform. The relationship with our account manager has been excellent too and the support we get makes a huge difference in our day to day operations.
Cons
One thing I have noticed is that finding what's blocking product feeds from going to marketplaces can be really tricky to figure out.

Pros
I find this platform pretty easy to navigate and it makes adding new marketplaces a simple task. The comprehensive feature set handles multiple channels pretty easily which streamlines both setup and everyday operations. What really stands out is the outstanding customer support as they genuinely treat us as partners and are always there to help optimize our processes.
Cons
The export capabilities are pretty limited when it comes to attributes and mapped categorizations which is frustrating since the integration with other platforms works well. So I feel like better export functions would make data management and analysis much smoother.

“Decent marketplace tool with expansion limits
Pros
The marketplace integration works well especially with Amazon where order and product data syncs nicely. Customer Success Manager responds quickly when I need help and their help documentation covers most issues I run into. They are fast about setting up calls with the right people when needed. Configuring new markets is also simple once you get the hang of it.
Cons
I noticed that the cancellation and return features are pretty bare-bones and don't give us what we need. Bundle configurations and API options are way too restrictive for our setup. Also it really was not built with multi-regional operations in mind which creates headaches for us. We are also missing a proper product management system like DAM or PIM functionality to handle updates efficiently.

Pros
I really like how it connects multiple marketplaces through a single system. Our account manager is also pretty helpful and always goes the extra mile to find solutions when we need them.
Cons
Problem resolution takes way too long as I have had tickets sitting open for weeks without any real solution. Since we are an inspirational group we really need better options for handling variants across different marketplaces.

If you have a huge product catalog, let me tell you that you need to be strategic about how much master data you share and optimize it for each marketplace.
