Had a good experience with it

Pros

Cloudmore is a great cloud service management platform. What I like most is how it lets businesses and organizations efficiently and securely access, manage and control their cloud computing resources.

Cons

Right now there is nothing I dislike about it.

Basic but support team is awful

Pros

It is really easy to use and I love the self service part of the portal. Also the interface is great and the customer success team is very professional.

Cons

I feel like they could improve their customer service by responding faster to support requests and adding new features more quickly.

Pros

We used this software to set up automatic billing for our CSP customers and it works fine for that.

Cons

Some features like reporting often experience downtime which annoys me a lot.

Found it easy to set up

Pros

Billing and reporting have been a huge help as the detailed reports for our customers make tracking pricing and billing much simpler. Also we use this solution for monthly reconciliations and it has cut down our invoicing effort by two days each month. Plus the Cloudmore team has been fantastic to work with as they are very responsive and helpful. The onboarding process was well organized too and our onboarding rep who provided great guidance and made the transition really smooth for us.

Cons

One thing I am hoping for soon is an automated invoicing system.

Quite a strong product

Pros

The software is very user friendly with everything logically laid out so it's easy to find what you need even if you are not sure where to look. Also adjusting prices and applying discounts is simple too. When we have needed support, the team has always been quick to respond and helpful even answering extra questions beyond the initial issue.

Cons

It would be helpful to have a search feature for products so we don't have to keep clicking through drop-down menus. Also adding reseller functionality would be great so resellers do not need multiple accounts to manage their clients.

Software that does its job well

Pros

I really like how easy the management interface is to use and how simple the overall system is.

Cons

I feel like having different logins for each reseller customer makes the process less smooth than it could be.

Simple and effective

Pros

Cloudmore software gives our users a clean and efficient self service portal while also providing us with a strong and reliable backend. Plus features like price lists for different organizations help with customer billing and mean we don't have to manually edit bills before sending them out.

Cons

My main issue is that if User A manages accounts for User B and C, they need separate logins for each portal instead of accessing them all under their own login. This means juggling multiple accounts. However this would not be a problem if they were CSPs themselves.

I like it

Pros

Managing organization subscriptions daily like Microsoft 365 and Azure is very easy with this software. Plus I really like the interface as it is very user-friendly.

Cons

I think creating organizations is not simple and it would be great if it were simpler.

Ideal for what it's meant for

Pros

As a Direct Partner with Microsoft having a SaaS subscription marketplace is not just nice to have but it's contractually required. Plus Cloudmore built a platform that meets all our needs. And overall it is so user friendly that onboarding staff and customers is as simple as giving them login access. The platform helps us simplify Microsoft's invoices which saves us many man-days each month because of the high transaction volume.

Cons

The design of the customer-facing marketplace is not very good and I feel confused when using it.

Fantastic company and product

Pros

It serves as an easy to use hub for all our customers SaaS needs. Also adding new users and products is pretty simple and hassle free.

Cons

Managing subscriptions like adjusting billing cycles or rebates can sometimes be awkward and not very user friendly. I hope they look into it sooner.
