CoreCommerce is user friendly making it easy for us to navigate without any hassle.

Cons

I am not a fan of the service team as they have not been very helpful.

It is an excellent choice for companies looking to quickly launch an ecommerce site with plenty of options and the best thing about it for me is that the platform does not take a percentage of your sales.

Cons

It can be limiting as your business grows and it does not sync directly with ERP or many accounting platforms. Also I feel like customer service could be better.

CoreCommerce thoroughly checks all online payments and integrates easily with reliable security solutions. The best thing is that security measures adjust based on the severity of the threat.

Cons

No complaints to share as the software has reliable features that make online payments secure and even enjoyable.

I find it user friendly and also helps people understand the product while guiding them through the process.

Cons

At times I noticed it is hard to get in touch with the support team.

It provides us a great solution as a payment gateway and is simple to integrate into your software platform. The support is also helpful.

Cons

One thing I didnt like is that it is not very easy to filter out fraudulent orders.

CoreCommerce offers a variety of built in features ideal for managing an online store. It is highly flexible, allowing customization to fit our business model and ecommerce needs. The platform also provides detailed reporting, along with tools to manage products, promotions, sales and more.

Cons

A major downside I noticed is that, although it offers customization options, the process of customizing it isnt simple. So if you do not have web development knowledge, it can be tough. The enterprise version is also quite expensive though it could potentially manage eCommerce well.

“Outstanding Service and Support

Pros

It delivers outstanding service which sets them apart from competitors. Their support team is always available and quick to solve issues if we face any.

Cons

Our main issue with it was when they sent us a service review form just a week before informing us of a massive 1000% price hike. They only gave us two weeks notice which feels like a sneaky business practice. So new customers, beware!

“Big fan of it

Pros

We have real time access to actual tech support when we need to solve a problem which is extremely helpful.

Cons

No complaints for now. Not necessarily a dislike but I would like more guidance on how to improve visibility on the web.
