It is a really simple tool for users and has the benefit of portal access with just an internet connection. Also I find the real-time SAP integration extremely useful.
Cons
I feel like it would be helpful if changes made in the ERP after an order is placed also showed up in the portal.

The easy setup and configuration were major reasons we chose this SaaS software. Integrating with our existing SAP processes was smooth and the price fit well within our budget costing us less than other options.
Cons
At first I was worried the company was small but after over 10 years of using their service that has never been a problem.

Corevist connects pretty easily with your SAP ERP which gives customers the same pricing and details they get through customer service. Plus our clients really like 24/7 access to order confirmations, certificates, invoices and deliveries. As everyone knows having online visibility anytime including on mobile devices is very important for B2B customer experience. And this one did this for us.
Cons
The software itself works fine but at times I feel like customer support could have been quicker when we had issues. Occasionally we needed to escalate to get their attention.
