“Customer service they offer is amazing
Pros
The customer support team is what really sets this platform apart. While the interface is not exactly eye-catching and the functionality feels pretty dated like something from the early 2000s still the support staff including Tetiana, Casper, Andy, Maria and everyone else I have worked with are very responsive. I am in there daily managing hundreds of data feeds and they are always ready to help whether it is a tiny issue or something major. Honestly without their assistance, I would have switched to something else ages ago.
Cons
Well it feels like it is stuck in an awkward middle ground right now. There are enough features to make the interface cluttered and hard to navigate but not enough functionality to handle everything independently as I still need help with a lot of tasks. So I feel like they should either streamline it to make navigation cleaner or add more comprehensive features.

This data feed management tool is the best but what really stands out is the lightning-fast live chat support with actual humans who can help you immediately. I have to give massive credit to Ivan, who assisted me on Tuesday November 26 2024 as he was very helpful with everything from Shops/Channel administration to the more complex stuff like custom labels and look up/extract rules. Absolutely excellent service from him.
Cons
The interface could use more color and visual guidance as at times the Internal Fields and Channel Mapping sections get confusing both in terminology and layout which makes navigation a bit tricky.

Great tool for managing feeds. I had an issue with my rules setup but customer service jumped in and fixed it pretty quick, like it was a matter of minutes.

Making feeds with exactly the information I need is simple and adaptable.
Cons
The learning curve can be pretty steep when we first start using it though the support team is pretty quick to respond and really patient with helping us figure things out.

Well the support team is amazing as they respond quickly and actually solve problems. I have worked with Ivan from customer service twice now and he was extremely helpful both times getting me sorted out fast with the right solutions.

Pros
It is quite flexible when it comes to customizing feeds for specific requirements. Sure the end result depends on what you are starting with but I've managed to transform some pretty mediocre raw feeds into something really solid with enough effort. Also the support team has been amazing whenever I have reached out for help. Getting started was surprisingly simple and the interface is user friendly too.

I haven't come across any major drawbacks so far though Iam still getting the hang of all the features.

The customer service team the best I have ever come across. And whenever anyone on our team needs help with feed related issues, they are always quick to respond and pretty helpful. Our account manager Michal deserves special recognition.
Cons

DataFeedWatch by Cart.com system is quite comprehensive and feature-rich though it does take some time to master all the functionality. What really stands out is how dedicated the support team is as they go above and beyond to help us reach our goals. Also they provide valuable insights and practical tips, plus they will actually jump into the tool themselves to set things up for you (like creating shops and channels and send detailed screenshots showing exactly what they have done. It's genuinely helpful support that makes the learning process much smoother.
