Limited digital sales features

Pros

I really like how this tool transforms PDFs into engaging flipbooks that people can actually interact with.

Cons

The lack of a built-in eCommerce solution for selling PDFs online is really disappointing and limits its functionality for online sales.

Highly customizable but needs a lot of of improvements

Pros

The customization options are really impressive and it includes everything I need for creating digital catalogs.

Cons

To me the pricing feels steep when you are only dealing with a few catalogs. Also it is not the most user friendly system either as I spent quite a bit of time figuring out how to properly implement all the features I needed.

Excellent software with outstanding support

Pros

Over the past few years my experience with this platform has been amazing. The dashboard is clean and easy to navigate with no unnecessary clutter. One thing that stands out is how user-friendly the materials we create are for our customers. There is a lot of room for customization allowing us to craft highly engaging experiences for our audience. But the best part has been the support. Our account rep is outstanding. He's taken the time to jump on calls with our whole team several times, patiently guiding us through anything we needed help with. When we introduced new features last year that involved some tricky algorithm work, he was incredibly patient answering all our questions as we tested everything.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of any real downsides. Whenever I hit a snag Costa jumped in immediately to help out. This platform delivers exactly what we needed.

Ideal for publishing and catalogs

Pros

Working with the admin dashboard has been a great experience. It offers the best analytics including built-in overviews and integration with Google Analytics. Plus there are tools for uploading and editing documents, along with basic page editing features. Our workflow is seamless as designers can create PDFs in programs like Adobe InDesign, then pass them to another team to upload, add links and publish on the website. One feature I have really come to appreciate is the ability to swap individual pages as needed. It makes correcting typos easy and allows us to remove expired promotions which keeps our magazine editions current and simple to maintain.

Cons

The link-building tools have a small frustration as when creating circular links, there is only a polygonal drawing tool available. No ellipse option means I have to draw circles using straight lines which makes them look more like octagons than actual circles. An ellipse tool similar to what you would find in Adobe Illustrator would solve this completely.

Great product with outstanding support

Pros

I really like how this platform makes it so easy for both our team and customers to browse through all our content. The page-flipping feature works smoothly and the search functionality helps people find exactly what they need quickly. Being able to download materials directly is pretty convenient too. What impresses me most is how receptive the company is to our suggestions as they actually listen and work with us to bring new ideas to life. Their support team is fantastic and always ready to jump in when we have questions or need assistance.

Cons

One major drawback is that there are not any significant issues I have come across so far though I suppose more advanced customization options could be useful.

Efficient flipbook tool with professional results

Pros

The time saving features really make my workflow smoother and I really appreciate how clean and simple the interface looks. Also it is incredibly easy to navigate plus the multi-user support with different roles works perfectly for our team setup.

Cons

Wish I could select several links at once and move them around or space them out evenly on the page.

Excellent interface with strong support

Pros

DCatalog interface is really user friendly and I can customize everything easily from loading documents to setting up customer templates. All the features really enhance the overall experience. Plus the support team responds quickly when I need help.

Cons

The upfront price tag is pretty high though it does cut down on printing costs later.
