Fast, Reliable Support with Digital Genius

Pros

Digital Genius tool is quite efficient as it provides responses with a human touch despite being powered by AI. In its first week of use it handled 60% of the inbound chats through the member portal and it performed beyond all our expectations. Plus the support team here is also outstanding as they are always quick to respond and resolve any issues that come up.

Cons

Nothing at all from our side as the team consistently does an outstanding job.

It does exactly what it promises

Pros

As the title suggests it delivers exactly what we needed. We were looking for an automation tool that could provide personalized answers to simple customer questions, freeing up agents for more complex tasks while also giving us data to track the small stuff. I like that they are always innovating to improve the experience and enhance the service for our customers. The pilot program was a big help. It allowed us to test the tool and the team behind it to see if it could meet our needs and address the issues we were facing.

Cons

The analytics suite is very comprehensive and I would prefer if the interface were a bit more user friendly. But honestly the data it provides is exactly what we need.

Definitely recommended!

Pros

The support team is fantastic. they are professional, quick to respond and always available to help. They also keep you updated with the best practices and make sure the implementation is quick and smooth

Cons

No complaints here. We just need to create a lot of templates for ticket automation which is due to the complexity of our workflows.

Extremely satisfied!!

Pros

We have been using Digital Genius for about a year now and we are extremely satisfied with the service. What I like most about it is its combination of powerful AI, smooth integration, personalized interactions and top notch analytics. These features have allowed us to provide exceptional customer service while improving operational efficiency. We have been able to reduce our customer support team size and decrease our first response time all while boosting customer satisfaction. Overall the results have been excellent like better than we expected.

Cons

Well initially, it was a little difficult to get hang of the software. we had to invest a lot of time in the first few months to get up to speed.
