“Comprehensive Knowledge Base Resource
Pros
I can create targeted content for specific groups which really helps eliminate confusion and keeps everyone on the same page. The upload and search functionality works smoothly and gets me what I need quickly. Integration with our existing systems was also simple and document research flows seamlessly. The interface is user friendly whether I am working on the front-end or managing things behind the scenes.
Cons
The document management tool can be confusing at times which seems pretty normal for this type of feature. Also I'd really like to see more search options added for SKU lookups.

“Excellent tool
Pros
One thing I love is how quickly we can fix mistakes as when something is wrong we correct it and customers see the update in just minutes. The service features are great too especially being able to link repair videos directly to parts. This has really cut down on calls to our service team!
Cons
Well I wish there were more customization options available. While we do have some choices now there are several minor tweaks I'd love to make that I believe would significantly enhance the user experience for our team.

“Helpful for Internal Teams and Clients
Pros
The interface is pretty easy to use. I can view and print documents with great clarity as everything looks clear and well-organized. Making changes to parts lists, uploading images and adjusting thumbnails happens pretty fast. Their technical support team has been amazing too whenever I have needed help.
Cons
Can be frustrating when the system double checks parts pages that are already there and I wish end users could print straight from the library without extra steps.

Pros
The interface is very user friendly as I rarely need help figuring things out but when I do have questions, their support team gets back to me quickly and actually knows what they are talking about. It's one of those tools that just makes sense without being overly simplified.
Cons
One main issue is not really with the platform itself but it is more about how our specific materials demand so much focus and time to get the most value out of them. Like loading all that data accurately can be pretty slow which is not necessarily the software's fault but it does show how well it handles our particular business requirements.

“Easy Navigation Despite Speed Issues
Pros
I like how simple it is to filter and browse through parts catalogs. The ability to break down certain components into separate sections like seal kits is also really helpful. What I find particularly useful is being able to control which sections different customers and staff members can access as not everyone needs to see every catalog so having that level of customization is great.
Cons
Sometimes there is a noticeable lag when pages are loading which can be frustrating when you are trying to get work done quickly.

Pros
During our recent Rep Council meeting with representatives from across all US regions, Documoto came up as a discussion topic and everyone shared overwhelmingly positive feedback about the software.
Cons
Would be great if it could handle publishing 3D drawings though thats more of a wishlist item of ours than a real complaint.

I really like the advanced software capabilities they offer. The ability to easily manage and share technical documentation has been a game changer for tackling our complex content management issues.
Cons
Well I cannot think of anything negative about this tool. Being a U.S.-based company means you can actually get a demo before committing and there is always someone available through their customer service line when you need help.
