Simply superb

Pros

This software is reliable and I rarely come across any bugs or issues. The support team is also very responsive and they don't just explain why a problem occurred but they actually fix it for you instead of making you do it yourself.

Cons

The software has been quite flexible and I have had no complaints. As they can customize almost anything to fit our needs.

Using it for years and happy

Pros

We needed several changes and the support team was very helpful in this matter. Not only did they complete the tasks but they also showed us how to handle them on our own in the future.

Cons

I was not able to change parent or child bundles on orders that were already in the system and had not been downloaded yet.

This tool changes everything for good

Pros

Duoplane has been a game changer for us. It not only helped us streamline our complex order fulfillment system but also helped us manage a unique and complicated inventory system.

Cons

If I had to point out one issue with the software it would be that editing partially fulfilled orders is a bit of a hassle. That said I understand it's more of a Shopify issue but I do wish there was a smoother solution.

Excellent software

Pros

The team at Duoplane has taught us so much. And many times when we wanted to add a new automation to our business, it already had it ready for us. Overall it really helped our business grow.

Cons

We love to be able to update multiple locations in Shopify but unfortunately this feature is not available through the app yet.

Essential for any dropship eCommerce owner

Pros

We replaced an error prone, time-consuming email and paper based order management system with Duoplane and it's been fantastic for automating order fulfillment for our drop-shipping eCommerce business. We offer convenient product bundles for our customers and it handles this pretty well even with thousands of SKUs which many vendors struggle with. Also the integration with our BigCommerce store and QuickBooks accounting system has been flawless. The system is flexible enough to handle everything we throw at it and customer support is always quick. I do not think we have had a single issue in 2 to 3 years. We have nearly automated our 7 figure eCommerce business and avoided hiring employees for managing orders, shipping and invoicing. Plus their search feature is awesome too. We often use it to find old orders by just searching for a company name or contact since the search feature in BigCommerce and QuickBooks is so poor.

Cons

Tracking order profitability is always challenging. And I wish Duoplane would show this on the dashboard especially since they already know the price, cost and shipping for every order. As it would help us determine if we need to adjust prices or shipping for low-margin SKUs. Making changes to orders is always tedious but I am not sure how to improve that. Recently we have been dealing more with backorders and we give customers the option to switch to a different color or even a different product. To do this we have to go back to our source system BigCommerce to edit the order. Then in Duoplane we have to send a note to cancel the existing purchase order and move everything to a new one.
