“Exceptional customer service

Pros

I worked with Tyson today and he was awesome. After installing an SSL certificate earlier this week, none of my Shop buttons were working. Tyson dug into the HTML and quickly found the issue that I needed to change the links from http to https. Thanks to him everything is up and running again. So very grateful for his help and expertise.

Cons

Well I have been using it on my site for several years and I honestly cannot think of anything I would improve.

Pros

It is easy to add to our website and it makes things way more convenient for our customers.

Cons

So far I have not come across anything I dislike or any features that are not functioning properly.

“Perfect platform for selling online

Pros

E-junkie is simple to use once you get the hang of it. Plus it offers a variety of powerful features and is very adaptable to different types of products. We use it for both physical items we ship and digital downloads. We particularly like the coupon functions and options.

Cons

We have to request an HTML code to sell items via our PayPal account. It is not a huge issue but it does take a little extra time. But their tech support responds promptly though.

“Our experience has been great so far

Pros

It is a very reliable platform. We have been using it since 2009 and the technical support is simply the best. Over the past 12 years E-junkie has never given me a reason to switch to a competitor. Plus they consistently evolve their product to stay technically competitive while also offering great pricing.

Cons

There is literally nothing wrong. We left it in 2021 as our company had expanded significantly and we migrated to a new ecommerce solution that already supported PDF downloads.

“Ultimate tool for selling digital products

Pros

I love that E-junkie provides shopping cart and buy-now buttons that can be easily added to my existing website allowing me to sell digital products without the hassle of creating a new website.

Cons

It is a great and useful tool overall but I feel like one area for improvement is their customer support team which sometimes takes longer to respond to clients.

“Affordable but the interface is a bit complex

Pros

The pricing is excellent making it a great option for those with a few products or services or for those just starting out with a shopping cart before growing their business. Also there is an affiliate program available which help us generate additional revenue. And unlike other carts, there is no high monthly fee unless you process transactions. Plus setting up the cart with a site is fairly easy and customer service is helpful.

Cons

I find it more complicated and less user friendly than other shopping carts both for administrators and users whether they are buyers or affiliates. Also the design feels less professional than other options which can negatively affect the user experience and the overall perception of the sellers business, potentially leading to lost sales and abandoned carts. Even the product name raises some doubts.

“Not the most dependable platform

Pros

E-junkie low monthly cost, unlimited bandwidth and easy to navigate interface make it a solid choice. Plus it integrates well with other platforms and the buttons look nice. Even without prior experience, I find it user friendly enough to set up a shop for selling digital products like ebooks.

Cons

The performance has been hit or miss. While testing I got a message saying my IP was blocked which was pretty frustrating especially for a product that is supposed to be free. As I need to be confident everything works before going live. Sometimes logging out and refreshing helps but then a customer told me they could not download files after their payment went through. So that was the final straw for me.
