Not really a con but as an entrepreneur handling almost everything on my own, I would love to learn how to interpret web metrics, SEO data, Google analytics and revenue details. Though the platform provides a wealth of valuable insights to boost web traffic but I am unsure how to use it all and I cannot afford to hire someone to teach me.

Since joining Easol in 2022 they have been proven the best for our brand. Their websites are dynamic and their ticketing platform handles high traffic flawlessly during sales. Also the team is highly knowledgeable and quick to resolve issues. A special mention to Dalmita who consistently manages to meet tight deadlines and deliver large projects. Their reporting capabilities are also unmatched allowing us to have full control of our data, something often restricted by other ticketing platforms. I would say it is definitely the future for any promoter.

Cons

There is work to be done around payment plan reporting, guestlist management and chargeback protection but other than that I must say it is an excellent platform.
