“Needs a lot of refinement
Pros
I find it pretty easy and simple to implement. Also the support team responds quickly whenever I need help and the overall usability is excellent too.
Cons
The pricing structure is honestly terrible as the jumps between plans are massive from 300 to 1500 orders, so if you exceed by just one order, you are forced into a plan that costs 3x more. What is worse is the billing timing because if you upgrade 3 days before your billing date, you pay the full difference for those 3 days then pay again for the next month. In my case that meant 203 euros across 3 bills for around 800 orders. Also the integrations are pretty limited and new ones take forever to develop. When I asked about widely-used integrations, their response was there are no requests for this but of course there are not, since only existing clients can request features. Basic stuff like client export was not even available until recently and you ca not integrate more than one website which seems like a core feature for this type of platform. Support is solid during business hours but completely absent evenings and weekends like no after-hours help at all. The add on pricing is frustrating too. Smaller plans dont include translation and you have to buy expensive credits instead of using your own API like competitors allow. Auto-pricing is also limited unless you purchase more credits.

“Excellent support and daily improvements
Pros
It is very useful for managing multiple marketplaces whether you have one webshop, several or even no online presence at all. The interface is also easy to navigate and I love how they keep adding new integrations every month with regular updates.
Cons
Sometimes there are minor hiccups when new features roll out but these issues get resolved pretty quickly. The good thing is that development team is really responsive to user feedback and implements fixes fast.

“Offers the best support and user-friendly automation
Pros
The integration process was surprisingly smooth as we got it working with our existing setup without any headaches. Setting up connections to multiple marketplaces only took a few steps and the automation features kicked in right away which saved us lots of time. What really stands out is how quickly their support team responds when we need help which has been quite beneficial for our operations.
Cons
One downside of having lots of integrations is that feature requests pile up and we end up waiting quite a while for updates though they do eventually roll out new functionality.

“Great tool for growing online sales
Pros
I have been really impressed with how this Romanian solution makes multi channel selling so simple for e-commerce merchants. The integrations work seamlessly regardless of what platform you are using for your online store and the customer service team is great too as they made it pretty easy for me to get up to speed even though I am not particularly tech-savvy.
Cons
The main drawback I've noticed is that it is still developing, so there are some features and integrations that are not available yet. While the tool shows great promise for international expansion access to major global marketplaces is still limited. So I am hoping these gaps get filled as the platform matures.

“Streamlines marketplace publishing perfectly
Pros
The speed and efficiency really stand out as it allow me to quickly push products from our website to multiple marketplaces without hassle. The API integration with our website and billing system works seamlessly which streamlines everything from sales to invoicing and offer management.What impressed me most is the support team's dedication. They have spent 2 to 3 hours on calls helping us understand new features and never once showed frustration or impatience. That level of customer care is genuinely rare these days.The whole solution feels simple and efficient to use making our daily operations much smoother.
Cons
Not much to complain about however maybe could use a few more advanced features but honestly that is just me nitpicking.

Pros
Setting it up was not a problem as it was literally just a few clicks and I was running. The interface was also quite user friendly and pretty easy to navigate. I also appreciate how frequently they roll out updates with new features at a consistent pace.
Cons
Sometimes the filters work very slowly when there is a large volume of orders in the system which can slow down my workflow a bit.

Pros
I have found this service really helpful for streamlining our order fulfillment and boosting our e-commerce productivity overall. With it one employee can now handle over 100 orders daily that is a huge improvement. Before switching over we were stuck manually creating invoices and shipping orders which ate up so much time. What really stands out is there support team as whenever we have had issues, they have gotten back to us within just a few hours max. That quick response time is also highly valuable especially when your dealing with urgent problems.
Cons
The platform can be pretty overwhelming at first because there is so much functionality that it takes time of ours to figure out where everything is and how to use it all effectively.

The integration with Shopify and third-party providers happened pretty fast and now everything stays perfectly synced. What used to take hours of manual work like generating and printing invoices and AWB codes for our online shop now takes just a few minutes. I use this daily and honestly cannot imagine going back to doing everything manually after experiencing how streamlined the process has become.
Cons
Well I feel like the interface could use some improvement as error messages are not always clear when something goes wrong which can be frustrating. Their support team is however great though and will walk you through whatever you need.

I would recommend this to any entrepreneur since it lets you focus on growing your business instead of getting bogged down with repetitive tasks and manual marketplace integrations, stock management or creating invoices and AWBs by hand. Managing all orders from one central location is a game changer as everything you need like order details, returns and product info is right there. Searching is pretty simple too. Just enter whatever info you have such as AWB, ID, customer name, etc and it finds exactly what your looking for. The whole process becomes much more streamlined saving tons of time and making daily operations way smoother.
Cons
The only issue is when we need to connect with a completely new platform it means starting the integration process from the beginning again though the support team does walk us through it pretty smoothly.

Honestly I was blown away by the quality support during setup and throughout our partnership. We have built an excellent relationship with the team. They are true professionals, partners and friends all rolled into one.
Cons
Only downside is that we occasionally run into minor hiccups with our integrations but thats expected when your working with a growing platform.
