“Excellent ecommerce solution overall

Pros

I really appreciate how the notifications give me detailed highlights of what is happening. Navigation feels a simple task which makes my daily workflow much smoother. Following up on past sales is also not a problem and managing pending orders along with tracking site traffic has become so much more efficient.

Cons

The updates happen way too frequently like every couple days which gets annoying. Also the desktop version feels overly bold to me and hard on the eyes.

The way it integrates with other platforms is excellent. It is one of the best features of the service as it makes it easy to implement into our business without any hassle.

Though nothing is truly perfect but honestly I cannot think of anything I dislike about it.

I have found it pretty easy to navigate and really user friendly. Setting everything up was quick and simple as well. And whenever I have needed assistance, the customer support has been amazing. I am using the mobile app all day long and it's meeting all the needs of my shop right now. My web designer took care of the integration and mentioned that it went much smoother compared to other platforms. He actually recommended we go with this one instead of the usual choices.

Cons

Well I wish the lower tiers included abandoned cart features as that would have been really helpful for my business.

Selection of apps is pretty limited especially when it comes to dropshipping tools. Also it is frustrating to me how the pricing seems to shift around frequently.

Well it was easy to set it up as I got my site running in just over an hour on the first try. Integration with my existing website went smoothly without any hiccups. After five years of use I have not run into a single issue which speaks volumes about its reliability.

To be honest I have not run into any real issues yet though I suppose the interface could use some minor tweaks here and there.

“Great features but pricing concerns

What I appreciate most is how user-friendly the platform is as everything for my store can be managed from one central location. After canceling my GoDaddy account this became my business home base. Starting with the free plan, I upgraded to Venture which lets me showcase up to 100 products. The marketing options are huge and connecting Facebook and Instagram shops along with other platforms is seamless. Having everything consolidated on one platform makes managing my business so much more convenient and efficient as an entrepreneur. Customer support stands out. They are friendly and quite quick at resolving issues. Even on my days off I check for updates and the email notifications about store performance and promotional tips are really helpful. The Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest integrations were game-changers for driving traffic to my site. The features truly make selling much easier.

Cons

Setting up a store here is way too easy and honestly I cannot find any real downsides to the process.

The plan pricing is really reasonable and you get lots of features for what you pay. Setting up integrations was fairly simple too and I find the backend interface pretty user friendly to work with. What I really like is how responsive the team is to user feedback as they are constantly rolling out improvements and new features based on what customers actually need. Whenever I have needed support, I always get to speak with an actual person rather than dealing with bots which makes a huge difference.

Cons

While they are pretty responsive to feedback, some features we have suggested are still in development. That said we are really satisfied overall and honestly can't think of any major downsides we have come across.

I am really happy with how comprehensive the features are on this platform as there is pretty much everything you need for running an online business effectively.

Cons

The platform doesnt come with a built-in loyalty program which is disappointing to me since most competitors include this feature at no extra cost.

I find it really easy to manage products and pull customer data plus purchase history into Excel. The connection with multiple payment processors is seamless and everything runs smoothly. Overall I have not had any reliability issues so far.

Cons

Website could use more customization options and better text formatting tools. I would also like to see improved customer communication features for order updates.
