Pros
The customer support has been really helpful, the Shopify integration works well, onboarding was easy and the interface is user friendly.
Cons
The returns capabilities are good but it could definitely use more reporting metrics.

Pros
It's easy to deploy and the performance is optimized to suit my needs. It's userfriendly and the adoption process was smooth.
Cons
The initial API integration was tricky because it's bidirectional but once it was set up, everything has been running smoothly.

“An exciting new platform
Pros
What I love most is that It keeps updating the platform to fix our pain points and stay on top of what the competition is doing. Their simplified dashboard makes reviewing vendors super easy. Plus the one on one support we get from our Fabric partners is awesome. We're smoothly transitioning from our old platform, RevCascade, to Fabric and it's been incredibly helpful.
Cons
We're still getting the hang of the new features on this platform and haven't fully transitioned to It yet, so I can't really mention any cons at this point.

“Easy to use
Pros
Updating fields is very simple. I can easily export products for CSV updates or unpublish them for manual updates. The import feature is especially useful when we have to process large price hikes or make single field updates across many products.
Cons
When creating image URLs, our previous V1 PIM had the option but V2 doesn't offer that feature anymore.

Pros
It gives a nice snapshot of open and shipped orders, so you can quickly get an overview of your recent performance.
Cons
I'd love to see more advanced reporting capabilities and some more support for the issues our vendors are facing, as we don't have full visibility from our side.
