“Excellent WMS for Online Stores
Pros
Amazing customer support that's quick to respond and incredibly professional and they're always ready to help solve any issues. The software itself works really well and I'm impressed with the overall experience.
Cons
Sometimes the newer features feel rushed and could use more thorough testing before they're released but honestly that's about the only complaint I have. This software is just fantastic overall.

“Efficient Inventory Management Solution
Pros
I was able to use everything smoothly right from day one also, the interface just made sense to me.
Cons
Mobile functionality is really limited, can't access most features through the app and it doesn't support all the activities I need when I'm away from my desk.

“Easy inventory management solution
Pros
It has made managing our inventory incredibly straightforward and user-friendly. The barcode scanning feature really helped us streamline everything we do. We rely on it for our entire workflow from placing orders to stocking shelves, picking items, packing boxes and getting shipments out the door. The reporting capabilities are powerful and you can customize them however you need which has been a huge help. Their customer support team is also fantastic and they respond quickly and really know there stuff.
Cons
I haven't experienced any problems with this system. Downtime is incredibly uncommon and when issues do arise, the support team jumps on fixes right away. It's really helped us tighten up how we manage our inventory processes.

“The best inventory management tool for multichannel ecommerce
Pros
I've been using It for about 3 years and with 2 different businesses of varying SKU complexity. They integrated smoothly with Amazon, Shopify and Ebay. The average cost features and customizable reporting make my life so much easier.
Cons
The FBA integration needs some improvement but there's constantly making improvements and I expect to see that improved soon.

“Simple & easy to use
Pros
I find tracking inventory records to be incredibly simple and interactive. Additionally generating reports is quick, allowing for easy access to valuable insights without any issue.
Cons
Taking inventory is a real problem with all the complicated steps you have to go through. The whole stock-taking process feels overly complex and time-consuming.

Pros
One challenge is determining exactly what and when to reorder especially when relying on email alerts that trigger once inventory drops below a certain threshold.
Cons
Some items that are used as components to create other products don't have a clear usage velocity or may not be tracked effectively.

“Finale plays a critical role in the accuracy of our inventory
Pros
It makes it easy to get a clear picture of what product we have in stock, on order or are out of. Being able to move inventory around or correct errors with a few clicks saves us a lot of time.
Cons
Invoicing and financial reporting has improved somewhat since we began using the program in 2016 but it would be nice to be able to replace our current invoicing program with Finale.

“My fav - Excellent Customer Service
Pros
They offer a complete inventory solution with integrations to all the software I need. Their customer service is world-class. They are quick to help and all the customer service people are very knowledgable.
Cons
There isn't much to dislike, though like with most systems, there is a bit of a learning curve.

“Solid inventory system with best onbording!
Pros
The system is approachable and works with ShipStation and Shopify, making my life easy and they have the best support ever. I was able to have a series of phone calls in onboarding, getting my system set up and my procedures in place. This onboarding wasn't extra or additional. I'm very confident in my system and the functionality now. The import system is great too, both automatic and manual import/export.
Cons
Thus far I don't have much to complain about. I guess one thing I could wish for is an integration to my accounting software of choice. I know they connect to some, just not Finaloop which I use.

“Versatile tool!
Pros
Overall Finale is very customizable which our team needed. I enjoy the different options I have to look up prior sales orders and it's very easy to create invoices. I also appreciate having a customer's complete order history easily pull up.
Cons
Sometimes with our integration syncing, my commands can glitch and I will have to manually push through or it can take a while (around an hour) for it to sync. Also the way the rules are set up (this could be something my team did), I can't start an invoice when I receive the PO without it automatically assigning the sale to that time period. Meaning even if it doesn't ship right away, it can complicate accounting. I have to ensure the invoice is started when the order is ready meaning prepaid customers need a pro forma invoice vs normal and some international customers reject them as valid.
