“Reluctant as its a huge leap for a small company
Pros
The samples shown in the portfolio were really attractive, the previews of the projects and magazines were eye catching to say the least.
Cons
Did not find a free trial, which was a must for me as I didn't want to deal with a complex integration on my WordPress site at the time. So, I went with another app that let me try a few for free.

“Quantity per subscription not worth the cost!
Pros
Easy to use, but still on the expensive side keeping in view the customer service and the numbers allowed per subscription. I'm giving flipxtm5 a go and it is way better.
Cons
It only lets me keep a small number of active flipbooks. You have to delete old ones to add new ones. More expensive than the competitors with this feature.

“Amazing software with helpful support team!
Pros
Customer service team is well trained and friendly. They communicate in direct manner in order to sort any issues out

I enjoy the product as a whole. Would love to see a few more theme templates, like one for Saint Patrick.

“Perfect tool for magazines
Pros
The ability to create a magazine with multiple functions is great!
Cons
I don't like that despite paying around 200 Euros a year with the starter account, I only get 10 issues, which I have to delete and use gain every time I create new ones. Why am I not getting a fresh set of 10 magazines each year for the money? What's the point of paying every year if I don't get anything new?

“My clients are really happy with the end product!
Pros
Found it easy to use and it lets me edit documents I've already published which is a big plus.
Cons
Figuring out stuff is a little difficult for starters, but once I got the hang of it, it became pretty simple.

“Amazing method of sharing reports
Pros
It's a great way to share reports with clients instead of sending a boring PDF. Also, I can add videos to my documents which is brilliant.
Cons
for me, high price is the main issue, and it's also limited in functionality beyond publishing documents.

“My experience with Flipsnack was amazing!
Pros
The interface is simple, flexible, and the customer service is professional. It also offers a variety of options.
Cons
I haven't come across any problems so far. Even when I ran into one or wanted to explore upgrade options, they gave me the chance to try out a more advanced plan without any commitment, so I could decide if it was worth it.

“Convenient overall
Pros
What stands out for me is being able to use it anywhere. The cloud based software is super convenient.
Cons
Cutting and pasting doesn't work well if I try to move something from a page that is more than a page away. The design features are a bit tricky to understand.

“Flipsnack is amazing
Pros
Love how I can offer PDFs with password protection and create separate bookshelves to keep different kind of content.
Cons
An option to easily split a PDF would be nice in case I accidentally uploaded a layout instead of individual pages.

“Really happy with it
Pros
Not only can I create multiple online catalogues but also upload the already existing ones, makes it much easier for me to manage everything.
Cons
The thing that bothers me is that when I create an online catalogue, I can't use it for print. They do offer a printing service, but it's really pricey.

“Would totally recommend
Pros
Its really simple to use and gives the impression that many hours were spent making a custom brochure, when it didn't take anywhere near as long!
Cons
Not sure how easy it is to create from scratch in Flipsnack as I usually import my PDFs. Other than that, I have got nothing negative to say.

“Great for giving presentations!
Pros
So easy to make changes and the platform is organized and fairly simple to work with.
Cons
In the beginning, we often forgot whether we set it to private or public, and you couldn't fix it after publishing. That was some time ago, so maybe that feature works better now.

“Helps make eye catching content
Pros
Flipsnack is a perfect way to make the usually bland PDF content more interactive. It's a great alternative to simply printing documents, and makes them catchy and attention grabbing.
Cons
I don't feel like there's enough value in the enterprise account for its price. The add ons for making it exclusive to one client seem too expensive and should be included in the basic enterprise plan.

“Simple and efficient
Pros
It makes it very simple to create flipbooks, and the design features are easy to use. My team has no graphic designers, so obviously we need all the help we can get to create beautiful flipbooks and it exactly provides that.
Cons
Since we work as a team, two people are sometimes working on different books at the same time. Flipsnack only lets one user log in unless we buy an expensive program. I wish it allowed more one person accessing the system at once.

“Perfect platform for beginners
Pros
Doesn't take much to get the hang of it. Flexible and super easy!
Cons
Its a bit complicated to organize the folders. The pricing is also pretty high considering a small shop that does not use it often.
