“Decent but not exceptional
Pros
What I really liked was how simple it was to get everything up and running. The installation was quick and using it did not take much effort at all. Also there are lots of dropdown menus that give you plenty of choices which was pretty handy.
Cons
The system tends to lag at times and it could really use a few more dropdown options for managing inventory and placing orders. Also I run into random errors more often than I'd like.

“Amazing tool
Pros
The dashboard is probably my favorite part. And being able to see where each item is located and track what is happening with it is pretty helpful. Plus the fact that I can use a barcode scanner, tablet or even my phone to log stuff in is just awesome.
Cons
I have to go through quite a few different screens just to view product activity and history which can feel a bit tedious.

Pros
For me the best part about using Flowtrac was that it is cloud based. It really made it so much easier to handle and access our data from anywhere.
Cons
The visual reports were not quite clear as I had a hard time making sense of the data or drawing conclusions from them.

“Strong tool with a bit of a learning curve
Pros
What really made Flowtrac stand out was how much you can customize it. You can customize the system to match your exact business needs which is perfect if your processes are not quite standard. The layout is clean and once you get familiar with it as it is easy to get around. Their support team is also solid as they respond quickly and actually take the time to guide you through any issues.
Cons
Well the hardest part was definitely getting started. Overall it is a pretty advanced tool and figuring out how everything works without step by step help was tough. Whenever there were system updates or new features, we often needed extra training or ran into issues that slowed us down. Better onboarding tools or detailed tutorials would really improve the whole experience.

Pros
This tool makes it pretty simple for me to keep track of our clothing inventory in the goods department.
Cons
It feels to me a little too complex for smaller companies. Also it would be great if there were a simpler plan or version for basic users.

Pros
What I like the most about this software is how well it tracks how our sales agents are doing like how many calls they handle every hour and how many deals they close. Also it is pretty accurate and I am genuinely impressed.
Cons
So far I have not had any major complaints but I do wish there was a way to see individual real time stats. That way I could give my team members immediate feedback based on their performance.

I was able to get the hang of the system pretty quickly. As it is very user friendly and easy to navigate from the start.
Cons
Honestly I would prefer having the option to fully delete items instead of just marking them inactive.
