Pros

My company reached a point where our existing solution couldn't grow with us. Flxpoint's software was exactly what we needed and we're now using it with multiple vendors across various sales channels. We particularly appreciate the automation their pricing rules offer.

Cons

Implementation can be tough but I know their support team is always there to assist me.

Pros

I run an online general merchandise store, and Flxpoint has greatly simplified the process of managing inventory from multiple suppliers across my sales channels. It also helps make order management more efficient. I've been able to integrate my suppliers, vendors and resellers in different ways. Their website also offers helpful video training to guide customers through essential setup steps. I'm very impressed with their customer service.

Cons

Getting everything set up has a bit of a learning curve, especially if I'm new to e-commerce. That said I can schedule one-on-one support calls to help me work through any challenges.

Pros

Flxpoint has made it much easier for me to manage inventory across all my drop shippers and my own warehouse. Whenever I run into issues that I can't resolve on my own, their support team is always easy to reach.

Cons

The system can feel overwhelming for beginners, but once I get the hang of it, it's easy to rely on. Of course, issues can pop up from time to time, especially given the different vendors with varying integration needs. However their customer support has always been dependable when needed.

Flxpoint has been a tremendous asset in helping me launch and manage my ecommerce store. Without their software and support, it wouldn't have been possible. I highly recommend their inventory management software.

I think the user experience isn't as smooth or simple as some other platforms, but their team is always ready to lend a hand. While the UX might have its flaws their support staff makes up for it, they're highly professional, quick and always helpful.

I love its ability to fulfill orders from multiple sources which has proved to be incredibly beneficial for my company.

Although the software is quite pricey, the ability to "shop" across multiple sources in one listing has allowed me to fulfill more customer orders, making it worthwhile.

It integrates effortlessly with my selling channels and keeps stock and pricing synced regularly. This eliminates the need to handle these tasks manually, saving time and preventing errors.

The software has a bit of a steep learning curve at first due to its complexity but flxpoint's tech support team and account reps are incredibly helpful and guide me through it.

Pros

Flxpoint is deeply dedicated to managing my catalog and dropshipping needs. There are no other solutions in the market that offer this level of depth. Their support is fast and incredibly helpful.

Cons

The UI could be more flexible. I'd love the ability to translate it into my own language. However I feel the company is focused on refining the solution, and I'm confident these details will be improved in time.
