Excellent software

Pros

Fora software goes beyond what was promised. It works well and is reasonably priced. During a busy tradeshow I can rely on Fora to function well allowing our team to take sales orders. Also the integration with our main database made transferring customer and product data seamless.

Cons

The implementation process was smooth and very personalized. My only suggestion would be to provide more documentation for troubleshooting small issues.

Gets the job done

Pros

It is fast and simple to navigate. Plus I also find the scanners easy to manage.

Cons

Labeling is quite difficult. So I wish there was an easier way to print labels. Also setting up the printer is tricky. It would be great if there was an option to not use the printer's Wi-Fi. During trade shows I struggle to connect my printers to my scanners. I wish it had an option like Logiciels had in the past. That was much easier.

Pros

What I liked most about the product was its impressive durability and the user friendly interface which made it incredibly easy to use right from the start.

Cons

I cannot think of any negatives right now but I'll let you know if I come across something that is not great about Fora.

Simple but it is not perfect

Pros

Cons

It actually works

Pros

Fora is really simple to update with merchandise and price changes. Plus their customer support is the best which is very important mainly when customizing the system for our specific needs.

Cons

There is nothing negative I can say. Whenever we have had an issue, we have been offered a workaround and sometimes they even offer customizations for a very reasonable fee.

Was easy to set up and use

Pros

It is easy to implement and use. And when using it online we can track multiple orders being processed at the same time.

Cons

The only thing I wish were different is the ability to use the inventory feature without needing to have an active campaign.

Pros

Before switching to Fora we were using Logiciel Tradeshow32 and iMobile programs since 2003 as our main sales tools. For our outside sales reps taking orders and during trade shows both are effective and easy to use. With the ability to create custom catalogs, iPad presentations and barcode scan/manual input options, order taking is efficient, accurate and simple. Also maintenance is pretty simple. Most importantly if any issues arise, whether during regular workdays or trade shows the customer support is always available to help and resolve them.

Cons

I am unable to generate performance reports for each campaign period.

Good system overall but some tweaks needed

Pros

The in-person support at every trade show and the ease of contacting him between events are one of the best things about Fora. Also I really like being able to use it offline with no need for internet which is essential at trade shows where internet connectivity is often poor and insecure.

Cons

There are still some bugs being worked out. Like we cannot print QR code labels directly from Fora and you cannot edit orders once they are submitted or uploaded.

Pros
